Well ge played against great players. And no matter how good you are you're never gonna be that consistent against the other greats so bad streaks happen. Im sure he played well as usual.

His recent switch to Zerg might be the reason why he's not winning as much as he used to...

plus he played zerg. jinro was always praising his special zerg style whenever there was a discussion going on, but I guess it didn't help him in ZvZ.

In this tournament he lost to two of the best Zerg players in the world while off-racing, in the GSL he got paired up with one of the best players of the entire tournament and lost. You can't really fault him that much for any of those losses.

I must say this is the most pathetic tournament ever. They showed us whooping 4 games (+showmatch). Come on!! And no Zergs at all. Was it this pathetic only for me because I was using the free stream or was it the same for those that payed?

I'm well aware that he's been playing against some of the best, but according to posts on TL as I said he should be above the best. I've been watching TLO since beta and I know he's a good player, but he's just not delivering anything so far that has me to believe that he deserves his reputation.

I have never seen anyone saying he is the best in the world.

The reason many thinks so highly of TLO is that he came out of nowhere in the beta, blasting away a field of several well-known extremely good players in a TL invitational while playing random, delivering unusual and creative plays in almost every game. He hasn't exactly disappointed since then, either.

Who played against each other? IT was ridiculous... I'm from germany too and stayed awake pretty long but didn't get to see much. I saw fenix vs someone first (only got home by then) and huk vs loner. Between these two there was a break of minimum 30 mins and another one after the huk match. that's when i fell asleep :<
MLG and IEM did such a good job with their coverage, it's ridiculous for blizzard to do such a bad performance at the tournament which they should consider the most important for them... a shame

Same as me but I'm in the UK. After the Huk Match I just couldn't watch that damn splash screen anymore so I went to sleep. What happened afterwards?
