Also, in King of the Beta HuK showed he can beat top Korean (Tester), not that it's a surprise. Sort of but it was a majority of North American players. If it had more named European or Asian player then it would have been different. HuK took a game from Tester, which doesn't mean he beat him. If he took the set then yeah that's different.

On the topic at hand. I enjoyed the games very much, I hope to see more show matches in the future. I seemed to have learned HuK's play style pretty well, since I was able to properly assess most of his builds. My favorite part was on steppes of war, how you impressively evaded morrow's army, and managed to pick off 2 tanks during your retreat. + Show Spoiler + To HuK, I have a question for you, on lost temple, I believe it was, you didn't tech the thermal lance upgrade on your collosi, and then switched to high templars. I had hunched you didn't build the thermal lance upgrade because you wanted to save resources for more templars. There was a small debate between the stream commentators about this. One says you forgot the upgrade, the other says it was intentional, for your transition into high templars. I agree with the 2nd idea, that it was intentional. I'd like to hear your thoughts on that. Cancel that question, I obviously missed it on his original post. Morrow played extremely well. I was very very impressed. You have a new fan for sure!

Not sure if I'd put him above Dimaga in the "attitude" aspect but he's up there for sure! Hahahaha. Canadian pride as well, yay. (A good friend of mine even has his SC2 username as "ILoveHuk", hahahaha! ![]()

I will make sure nothing like this happens again when I promise to do a stream of a live cast. Sorry Inc and Lz!

Great games! Great casting! Absolutely horrible streams! You should have foreseen that Justin.tv couldn't handle the pressure and that livestream is laggy. Someone in the stream suggested that you stream it with GLHF.tv. Those guys know how to deliver high quality streams to the masses. Fix the streaming issues for next time as it makes you seem rather unprofessional, which you clearly are not.

My computer blue screened and DIED, thus ending the JTV stream. (Although the country limitation does suck, I am working with them personally to get it removed.) And since Lz isn't a premier paying customer of livestream, the site doesn't dedicate enough resources his way.

My point exactly: Justin.tv has country blocking and Lz stream is not geared for this traffic. I loved the event, don't get me wrong, but spending more time looking for alternate streams than enjoying the games with friends and beer was a bit of a buzz killer. Psyonic_Reaver, for future reference your camera action was very jittery with fast shifts in focus and you never clicked on the units so we could see what was being warped in and the supply count. Just a hint for next time.

It isn't like we tried to have a bad stream dude. Ease up a bit. We thought we could do it we had some issues we apologized and seek to do better. Not really sure what point you are making here.

2. concerning the camera-movement: I know it's unusual for a gamer to do that, but maybe you could try to move the screen with the arrow-keys on low speed; this way your mouse-cursor is "free" to select stuff and it doesn't mess with your playstyle - because as I'm sure you are aware of, once you modify the sensitivity of scrolling and get used to the slower movement, going back will feel a bit strange in the first couple of games 3. a big THANKS to morrow and huk to comment on the game here, I'm sure ppl appreciated it very much; nevertheless @huk in case you are reading that: I got the feeling that you got the impression that people are trying to "outsmart" you or think that they could have don better; that's definitely not the case, it's more like that we are all still learning the game and trying to figure out what could work under which circumstances; therefore the discussion concerning the colossi-range-upgrade or the fact that you decided to push on blistering after the fast immortals instead of throwing up an early expansion....nobody really "knows" which will turn out to be the "best way to go"

Anyway, made this post because of all the complaints about the camera work. I actually liked it this way. It was atleast following the action so no aggravations that you can see battles on the minimap and the camera is hovering somewhere unrelated. Only problem is yeah, never clicked on a building. I guess this can't be helped though if you put to follow another obs. Liked the games quite a bit too. Morrow's gameplay, didn't see this mentionned before but I'm pretty sure a lot of this was intended to play mind games with Huk and confuse him about his plans and tech route. Think the very late gas, the hidden rax in base, etc. You could see Huk would always be jittery trying to anticipate, waiting for early attacks that never came, not sure if he should push out himself. And then Morrow would expand and win because of outresourcing Huk. I think Huk has to anticipate this also and do something like run a probe around those offhand expos to see what the terran is up to so because he really can't afford to fall behind in econ.
