come from WoW, but I really don't understand this "using the same strategy over and over is bad!" mentality. If it's working, why would you change it? If it's not, then you can legitimately blame someone for not changing their plan.
And where is the pro scene in WoW now? Nowhere, and it never will be.
Depth is when a game has alot of viable ways to defeat your opponent, not a ultimate way to win.
Mages go a specific Frost build in WoW, usually team up with RMP or a castercleave and do very specific things, get haste up and every game looks the same.
The last thing in the world SC2 should copy is ********* World of Warcraft!
And the best sign of a great build is that it works again and again and doesn't rely on cheap tricks. The reason good players tend to do the same build multiple times is because that is what they've practised.
Being unpredictable is nice, but actually being good is better.
Morrow is just playing smart, he knows ZvT is hes weakest match up (even if day9 disagress) and hes faceing one of the best zergs in the world. i mean he is just using the strat he has had best success whit, and its his biggest chance for 5000 USD.

Nice reading comprehension. What he said had nothing to do with gameplay, it had to do with players actually playing to win and not using some arbitrary code of honor. ie not bitching about strats that work
SC2/BW players have always bitched, especially Americans. The problem is the bitching is excessive right now, and we want people to shut up in the LR thread so that others can enjoy the thread as its meant to be.

IdrA held it off with Banelings because the all-in Terran just 1a'd.
no he raped IdrA's army with a bunch of marauders left, but the 7 mutas that popped out forced them to run away -- all scvs were lost and IdrA lost nothing but the ground force, came back, won
another reaper build from morrow, I think idra is prepared though and on top of that I think he'll be able to end it with roaches (look at tarson's blistering sands losses)
