There's still lots of room for improvement. I was really surprised he didn't do either of these myself. Granted, he didn't have a lot of gas to throw around but he knew demuslim didn't have any thors left, could have killed the bulk of those remaining tanks probably.

Demuslim had pretty horrible macro to be frank. He was up 4 bases to 2 and there was still a point Dimaga had advantage until he suicided 70 supply of roaches into those tanks. Auto repair needs to be removed from the game.

I actually had good hopes and was looking forward to games of him, but so far of what he showed in my opinion he is definatly one of the weaker players there and his play is just so 'bad' in comparison to for example morrow/tlo I hope Dimaga just rolls over him next game and eliminates him. gtfo. That last game was straight up excellent play. No cheese, no bullshit.

The nydus worm particularly, He spawned a nydus at the back expo with like 2 roaches and they killed off the gold's scv's and stopped another expo from mining. I was just like...wat.

Or is it the combination of tip top players motivated by a big price and casted by good casters? I just feel like almost every game has me sitting on the edge of my seat amazed by the play from both players. This. The game is evolving so fast. Cant wait to see the games MLG will bring.

He even put bad in quotations because he's well aware of what a good player Demuslim is, but compared to some of the other games we've seen he just isn't putting up those kind of performances so far. Dimaga had a solid chance to win the game until he sac'd that 2nd batch of roaches to kill like 3 tanks and a couple of hellions.

I think he would've had enough gas as he built lots of lots of roaches and even corruptors (like 10) shortly later. Switching between air and ground is one of zerg's biggest weapon and should be used more often. The left-over minerals could have been used for ling harass (given enough larva that is...)

Balance is fine The problem lies withing the combination of early-game disadvantage due to the wide variety of choices when it comes to terran openings (and the lack of scoutability aswell) and upgraded pure-mech play. The Terran most of the time has an easy time to get to a point where is army is literally unbeatable head-on. Nydusplay relies on mistakes of the opponent (on which you can't really rely on). Drop play can be very effective though and needs to be utilised more often in my opinion. It is still a little unfair for the zerg to play against such a style in MY humble opinion. The fact that 3/3 pure mech is unstoppable is fair for itself but the combination of other problems in ZvT (esp. early-game) are causing the imbalance imo.
