This time the match will be sponsored by goodgame.ru and white-ra.com <-- check em out!
First map will be Lost Temple with loser picking from the full map pool and repeat maps allowed.
replays from the previous match can be downloaded in that thread and replays for this match will be made available upon completion of the series.
With Machine winning 4-1 in the last show match there is little wonder why White-rA, the beast from the east, is eager to take revenge. Check out this match and get hyped, this will be amazing!
Casting will be done in both English and Russian with Lzgamer and myself CASTING the former and goodgame.ru casting the latter.
Hell yeah, looking forward to this. Hopefully White-Ra will go back to the drawing board and show us some innovative play. But, even if he doesn't, I'm entertained by White-Ra's play regardless.
Awesome. White-ra clearly thinks he underperformed during that series, so it'll be great to see him train for this one and show us awesome matches like he did against IdrA.
P.S. Would like to see IdrA come back as well, but not against Machine since ZvZ is, well, ZvZ. Maybe Lz will reignite his old grudge and show us something?

White-ra has been in a slump for a while... He dropped out of the world cup tournament with some less than stellar games and i heard his games with TLO in the tli weren't great either.

Well, the games weren't great, but White-Ra actually convincingly beat TLO in the TLI when TLO rolled Protoss. And in the Altitude Invitational, he basically won TLO's Terran with stalker micro. TLO as Zerg, though, is a different story.
I missed the last showmatch, is WhiteRa vengeful to the max due to somethign that happened in the match? Whats the drama I guess is what I'm asking lol, and if theres no drama then this is just a friendly rematch?
can't decide who to cheer for...but seeing as losing two bo7's in a row to machine could really dampen white-ra's spirits (regardless of his MASSIVE experience, friggin 30+ beast progamer), ill cheer for white-ra this time!

maybe if White-ra didnt do the same tactics in all 5 games.. maybe try something different. Was quite repetitive and well layed by machine, will be interesting to see what happens in the rematch!!! Hopefully White ra will revenge and wlel get a 3rd eithier before end of beta or start of the retail!!!

I'm not familiar with Machine yet, so I don't know if he has a reputation for trash talking or whatever, but your comment extends to all 'yanks' so I'm responding to that. For every player from the US that trash talks I can show you 100 that are polite and good sports. I've seen some pretty petty comments and poor sportsmanship from around the globe as well, but I would never go so far as to be ignorant enough to think because of an idiot or two that an entire region was to blame.

White-Ra will probaly play without his blindfold and 80-pound wristweight for this rematch. That's how mad he is. If Machine takes it to 3-0 we could even see him bring out the left hand.

Machine vs White-ra rematch will be sick, results don´t matter i love both of them. The Ukranian who killed Boxer on main stage vs the Tapatio Hero !! =D
I am very excited for this re-match, White-Ra will have to change his timings or else face the same result, Machine's build just seemed rock solid, kudos to the Russian stream also, it came in much better than the livestream.

My main concern in all this is stream quality. At the beginning of the last series livestream was really choppy/unstable. So why not switch to the simply BETTER ustream-service, so everyone can enjoy the match in a way it deserves? Im looking forward for some nice games, gl hf

Alright, fair enough. I guess I'm just kind of rubbed the wrong way by the whole nationality stereotyping. 'If you're not from Korea you'll never be good at Starcraft' or 'No Americans are even close to the top players.' It kind of wears on a person and is a shot to national pride, you know?
Not every American has the sterotypical New York accent, curses every other word, and thinks the United States is the best country in the world. It's unfortunate that people tend to immediately think that way. I don't think of Nazi's when someone mentions someone from Germany nor do I think of everyone from France being completely rude. I don't buy into sterotypes.
So it's all good, and know that there's at least one American here that isn't replying to your post by telling you to go f yourself.

You guys should know there's always been an issue with livestream if you have thousand+ viewers and you restart the stream, bad things always happen. It's caused by the way they designed the infrastructure, i heard. That's why some streamers switched to ustream lately. If you never restart the stream in the middle, livestream should be okay.

2) how does zerg defeat that 2base tier1 timing push before his third is running. i think the answer may be to avoid getting zergling speed (save 100min/100gas) and use that saved money to pump out more roaches and get roach/hydra/normal zerglings. thats just one idea im thinking of. maybe that can defeat it, maybe it cant.... dunno

Machine needed a good amount of crawlers + hydras to beat White-Ra's 7-gate.
Great games, white-ra/Vo-one are packing replays as we speak so they should be up really soon; Great play by the Machine as well. Not sure if they will have another re-match, but if they do it might be fair to have this one on the EU server.. I also think machine's connection to EU will be better than Ra's to NA
In G7, I think if Machine cut drones for a period just before the toss timing push it would allow him to get a few more hydra out. Also, keeping some speedlings out of the base, out of the way would be good for a flank when White-Ra pushes in -- hydras in front, zerglings in back, much more difficult to forcefield block
Yeah, beta is shutting down for a while. White-Ra needs some spare time cuz he's graduating from the institute this year. Also there's no info about WCG Ukraine atm, but it gonna happen on aug.-sep. so he needs get back to the roots
Even tho White-ra won his inability to dominate Machine is suprising. Machine is 7-5 against him in these last few days. I think that still makes clear who is better between these two in this particular MU.
I can make no excuse, he clearly outplayed me and showed why he is the beast from the east, it still does not mean that I will give up ^_^, look forward to series 3.

Don't see how that makes it clear who is better between the two, people have off days, if Machine was clearly better he woulda finished this series 4-1 as well. Same goes for White-ra Anyway, Machine played great, he repeatedly shown that he is one of top players right now. No matter of how series 3 ends I'll see both as really good players (maybe it will be worth it for both of them to play practice games vs e/o). Hope i get to watch tomorrow's games live
Pretty amazing games. I've seen whitera play before and he was very good vs Idra in those finals a while back, but I was mostly impressed with Machine here, despite his loss. A real delight to see his zerg play.
Big timing tell. Games up to 12 minutes in length = protoss wins because zerg hasn't been able to mass a huge army yet and is still struggling with "boosting his econ" vs "pumping units". Games over 12 minutes = zerg wins.
When Whitera lost the 6th game on LT he said "lt again", I think he figured out he had to punish Machine earlier for taking the gold so fast and attack in the right timing window, and he did.
EDIT: looking forward to the bo7 tonight between those two! (and combined bo21) Not sure if I can watch the stream but I hope replays won't take long to be released.
