I normally open 1-1-1 and pressure his third with marine/hellion/liberator which works excellent if he is greedy but it very weak against roach/ravager due to marines and hellions only tickling roaches.
Cloaked Banshees or a Tank-Medivac composition are both highly effective when managed correctly. Make sure to target-fire Ravagers. The latter is better defensively due to its splash and higher burst damage, while the Banshee is highly effective at pressuring Zerg, especially if you have 3-6 of them, at which point you can outright kill his Queens and even engage a Spore Crawler head-on.
I'm really digging opening bio/tank in TvZ. Going up to 3-3 but getting double armory around when 2-2 finishes. I then make a hard left into Thor/Marine/Liberator. That feels like the "money" composition against Ultra/ling. I just bank gas (usually about 1200) going into the transition and just sink it into making 3 factories, 2 ports and pumping out Thor, Marine, Lib.
Are there any real big guides out already, about TvZ and TvP? With good explanation of scouting, unitkompositions, timines, counters, etc etc? I have so many problems in TvZ and TvP that one person alone, even a GM coach, would take 1 month to help me get things sorted out, which is unbearable, so i rather ask for guides to learn on my own :/
Jokes aside, i rly could need help here. Watching replays doesn't help me, as i just dont see, where my errors are. Sure there is micro, macro, etc. i need to train, ofc. But if i lack basic knowledge about the current state of the game, those skills will do nothing for me. So how do i have to play Terran in LotV? I think a lot has chance since HotS. I seem to be unable to deal dmg with drops, like in HotS, mech is said to be not viable and bio got weaker due to the marauder nerf. It feels like the Liberator is the only unit, that keeps Terran in this game. Yes Progamer make it look like easy, but it's not, i have no clue, so pls, if you can, help me
There're no easy comprehensive guides at the moment. You'd have to figure stuff out yourself, but keep in mind that everyone, including the top level players, are still learning. Paying attention to the korean tournaments (GSL/SSL) is the best way to learn at the moment.

currently master, but i lose vs low diamond Zerg and Protoss, most of the time, and don't know why. I lack knowledge, mechanics, i can train, where near GM near end of HotS already, so, yeah, knowledge, timings, connections and interactions between races and units, that is what i rly need i think. Esp with explanations. I wanna understand the current state of SC2, not just blindly play, but be able to adapt again, and learn from my replays on my own again
Is there a BO for TvZ which gives me speed banshees and hellions/hellbats off 2 base to harass and deal heavy dmg, keep RR from my base and contain zerg while i go for my 3rd, additional raxes and ebays behind? I could see that this is very powerfull opening vs Zerg, however it would die vs fast muta play i think, and maybe vs Nydus as well. But i wonder, would speed over cloak be a good option for terran? So basically you play 111 hellion banshee, but instead of cloak you add fusion core, get speed and an armory as well for hellbats? could this be good? Or will this put you to far behind?
Opening speed banshee is really gimmicky. You could definitely have it work, just not everytime. If you want to make use of an early fusion core just get the range upgrade for liberators ala the bunny build.
For learning viable Terran strategies, I'd recommend looking at uThermal's past broadcasts (Link here). He's streaming a lot more and has gotten #1 EU GM pretty easily the last couple of days.
TvP feels hopeless these days. I can open so I get fast tech so I can handle a pylon rush + Oracle properly but if the Toss is smart and scouts my gas/tech intake they just double expand. If I open with any form of FE (reaper, CC first, reactor rax FE) my ass is getting Pylon rushed with a proxy Oracle and it feels impossible to hold this without getting completely crippled. The matchup is abysmal. Also I'm getting Adept Prismed if all else fails.

I'd recommend this guide for TvP.

And for you, this build doesn't contain banshees per say but it contains range liberators which is almost more fun than banshees and they help out a lot vs most of your troubles.
^ I think every terran is doing the same thing as described in the vid in TvP, expand 111 with cyclones, and every Terran is struggling in TvP. Getting a third as quickly as in that build without nuancing it further is risky as fuck in the current meta.
@Tenks I'd recommend watching some of the uThermal vods that terran4lyfe linked. He has some neat aggression with 2 cyclones and a medivac, but is still opening basically the same as all Terrans (while also sometimes struggling to stay alive). But if you want builds that work well on ladder, definitely watch what uThermal is doing.
I realize that what Polt does may not work for us mere mortals, but Polt was doing a lot of reaper expo into three rax off one gas in TvP. He constantly kept tabs on the Protoss 3rd and tried to punish the Protoss for being greedy when stim finished. He then transitioned into medivac mine liberator. His eBay timing was a little questionable (he lost 33 scvs to an oracle one game) but he had a ton of bio and handled the adept warp prism nonsense reasonably well. It wasn't always pretty, but he did OK with it... Maybe just making a lot of stuff ain't all bad.

I saw it too and polt didn't have to much success with it (at least in the games I saw) Often when he moved out a warpprism came in and killed like 20 scvs. Maybe I just got unlucky with the games I catched but it didn't seem to be very solid.

I agree with this. I'm seeing a lot of Polt getting behind and then winning because he's just better than his opponents, but he's not having anywhere near as much luck on smaller maps or against players who can actually play against traditional Polt split-army style. Although I think it's still solid, and perfectly viable, it's not the best currently.
I am a high gold/plat level Terran who used to be Diamond 6 months ago in HotS despite my low APM. During WoL I had 160+ APM. Now am a slow old man at 25yo who can barely manage 100 APM. What builds would be good for me?
Previously I found a lot of success with mech in all my matchups because I could rely on playing a defensive macro style. Now with LotV my tricks don't work any more against Zergs and Protoss. TvT is my only strong matchup where I can use a variety of units effectively using a rax units mainly. What TvP and TvZ builds would work best with my lower APM? Thanks.
