alt+1, alt+2, alt+3 etc. will bind unit selection to those numbers and also removes them from any other group they are in. so if you have roaches and hydras on 1, select hydras, alt+2, you will have roaches on 1 and hydras on 2.

No there isn't a way to do that.
Just box a few drones so you don't have to shift click 10 out of the selection ^^
That's how most people do it and with time you should be able to execute it fast enough

Aff.. this suxs then
This is what im doing atm:
1. start building extractor..
2. make 3 drones and set them to mine from that extractor so that when the extractor finishes the drones are almost there to mine from it 
problem is when i want to transfar extra drones to other base

Oh i forgot about that, heres what you can do :
- Select drones to transfer to new base
- Click on a gas then shift click 3 drones out, and repeat for the other gas
- Click on the new base minerals

I honestly didn't play seriously since wol. And I was always pretty slow. But it was somehow possible to be slow and still be good enough to enjoy the game before lotv. There was even a youtube video series where a good player always played sub 60 apm and executed winning strats successfully.
But it seems it can't be done it lotv so that discourages me to return to the game. Played couple games vs ai and I'm always hurrying just to spend my resources even then a little bit micro and my mineral hits 2k.
Is it still possible to play this game with little apm without being complete low bronze?

Yes it is absolutely possible.
Quite recently a friend of mine started playing, he reached diamond 3 with about 80 apm (as terran).
It is actually ironic to see diamond-ish players with 300+ apms, but still unable to handle double fronts. Even if you hit the strokes fast, it does not mean you know what to do with them anyway.

Is there a difference between HotS level expansion and LotV level expansion when laddering?
I currently have HotS level expansion and am wondering if I am missing anything. Thanks.

No. When laddering, everything is the same for everyone. The only thing you'll lose out of is the single player.

They did talk about it back in WoL. I don't remember if it was addressed at a Blizzcon or any other random Stream/event, but what they said at the time is that due to the inherent downside of playing random, it was ok that they got a small bonus in the form of the opponent not knowing what they are.. At which point I screamed "bullshit!" at the screen because it's not "a small bonus" as much as a "Now I need to completely revamp my entire build order to scout early in all matchups which gives my opponent a huge bonus if he happens to play a race he is comfortable with". But luckily random matchups is rather rare

i don't care about the random thing, lol. it is unfair to a protoss because of the walling meta, and once in a while you do get a random cheeser who will land pvp and 4gate the shit out of you or something because you walled your natural, but it doesn't happen often enough for it to matter much. many randoms are macro players. and frankly getting metagamed by some random player isn't any worse than like defending an 8gate gas pullout charge allin in zvp for example. you can know their race and they can still dickslap you with some horrible attack

I'm trying to play a bit of StarCraft lately but I'm absolutely screwed because the last time I touched the game, there were just six starting workers. Is there any go-to Zerg/Terran opener that is safe to play yet allows me to actually survive for a bit?

is there a quick way to pick up entire army of units in to medivacs very quickly ? I noticed that pro players can take a batch of marines in to medivacs in approximately one second, however I am consistently pressing on medivacs individually after selecting an army.
