There's no official stats anywhere, but from my knowledge I'd say ~75% of games are biotank and ~25% are pure mech.
From my mid masters perspective, nearly every game is biotank. However, for a month or two everybody went mech (I think MVP won something with mech I guess).
Either way is viable, but if you want to improve mechanics definitely go bio/tank. The drops combined with microing the frontal attack is extremely demanding, and if you do it right you'll definitely get better quicker.

I'm currently trying to work on my PvT, and chose the SaSe's 1 Gate FE into 3 gate push, that can be found on liquipedia there : http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/SaSe's_1_Gate_FE_Into_3_Gate_Pressure_(vs._Terran) and that was the subjet of a Day9 daily there : http://blip.tv/day9tv/day-9-daily-468-p1-huk-and-sase-fantastic-pvt-openings-6162409.
My question is the following : how can we deal with reaper opener ? I mean, Day9 tells us it is absolutely safe against every timing (double rax/hellion/1-1-1) and the scout with the 2 first zealots is enough, but this build is actually total gamble, because you don't have minerals to send 1 probe to scout for reaper, so do you think I should send an early probe to check, and delay the push, or is there any way to hold a reaper opener when you see it only when your roaming zealot or a sentry is under attack ?

The liquipedia page says to scout with your pylon probe to check their gas as this build is specialized for vs 1 rax fe

Yes, but it also includes 1 less stalker, and should delay timings pretty significantly, I should try though.

That is just a proxy robo 3g bust. BO is:
9 pylon
13 gate (scout)
15 gas
16 pylon
cyber after gate finishes
21 gas
23 proxy pylon somewhere close but won't be scouted
stalker once cyber finishes
robo as soon as u can afford
continuously produce and chrono immortals once robo finishes
add 2 gates when you can afford
warp in only sentries and zealots
push with 2 immortals, a bunch of sentries and zealots and a few stalkers at around 7:40 - 8min. EZ win against any FE build.

Protoss expanding quicker, which gives them the necessary economy to hold it; immortal buff; general innovations in build orders, control, timings, and decisions (i.e. the faster expands, controlling towers and aggressively moving out on the map to slow down a 1/1/1, warp prisms); etc. Just not as strong as it was before in this metagame, though that could change if Protoss switch it up again.

Thank you  Against 1 base play build a thick wall composed of production buildings (no supply depots or barracks!) with a bunker behind it. If you can get hellions out to scout around the map, that's a big plus. If nothing comes for a while, feel free to scan their main since you're way ahead in economy anyway and it's worthwhile to see what he is doing. Bunkers on the ramp behind a wall will stop pretty much anything the zerg can do off of one base.
Quick correction: I think you meant "(no supply depots or bunkers!)", since barracks (along with factories) are some of the best buildings for strong walls.

Why this is important is just the ability to predict what your opponent is doing. This is simply because marine/scv all-ins are no longer popular in the metagame, where they once were.

at what time the first 1 gate expand observer is usually on the map? (tvp)

Is there a way to sort the TL streams to get only the ones displaying WOL (SC2) with zerg players ? i'm trying to understand ZvT in wol, and half of the streams are about LoL/dota2/D3 while having the zerg icon, the other half is HOTS. And some of the Zerg streams actually show WOL but it's nealy only ZvZ or ZvP.
