I've had multiple situations where I wall off w/ Gate/Pylon and plop 2 zealots down in the choke and tell them to hold position only to find that the Zerg player can just move click through my wall and force the zealots out of the way even though the wall very clearly was a solid wall if my zealots didn't move. Then once he's through I'm screwed.
This is a huge problem for me. Teching seems like the best option to me vs a Zerg that wants to put the pressure on with lots of early zerglings and the wall-in is essential to that so I can just get like 2 zealots, a stalker, and a sentry early on to counter most pushes until I tech to robo for observer and go from there. But if I can't survive until the sentry comes online the strategy really doesn't work.
What's the secret here? Is it all building placement? Is it zealot placement? Does making the zealots attack-move the lings help make the wall tighter? Can I wall off a whole block of building space with one zealot? Should I just say screw it and go zealot, sentry? Should I just forget the wall-in and build more gates to be offensive? Thanks.
