Cereal, I think that concept could potentially work but with a pocket natural or 3rd instead; where taking that base blocks a path. Unfortunately I think you still get the terran lifting and drops being strong problems, but I do think it could work with the right architecture.

Hi. I have updated the past map from suggestions, made a new cool map, and am looking for more feedback!

You could open up current Blizz maps, ctrl+a all the doodads, fill the map with 1 texture and start from there. That's what I did.

Hi, it's my first post here, im a sc player and i want to show u my first map and get some opinions about it. It's a macro oriented map with a relatively safe 3 base start.

The rocks around b3 are destructibles, units can't be drop on the little islands and the cliffs in general. I want some advices for maybe improve it, for example i think the main base is too small for buidlings and maybe the paths to attack b2 and b3 are too small too.

Really ? i dont see too much similitude with yeonsu but why not ^^

I made some improvements in the map :

changes:
-the b1 is bigger
-the paths to attack b2 and b3 are more open
-i made a new path for bases in the corners ( south est and north west ) for much accessibility
-raised the bases in the corners ( south est and north west )

The rocks however guard the third rather than block it, and the map is a big bigger. So it's not the same, but the distance between M N T look similar.

It's an alright map, you basically have 3 bases for free. Defending your natural and third seems effortless.Same with your 5th/6th bases.

I think the bases are too coupled, if that makes sense. What are the bounds of the map?
