Basically you place your first marine in that little nook and then build the bunker, effectively making it so the marine can't be hit by drones/lings. Once the bunker finishes, it's in range of the hatchery. You can also load the scv and unload it to the other side so it can't be hit by lings/drones and repair freely. I haven't seen this used in a tournament yet so thought I'd just show that this type of bunker rush is possible (and is usually discouraged for tournament maps).
Edit: I just tried this on the bottom position and the marines are not able to go inside the little nook. This pretty much solidifies that this is a bug and not intended.
