Set the unit to the ghost, then click on the ( before "Ability Command" and change it to "Ability targeting point". Then set the ability to calldown-nuke or whatever it is. i didnt successed where do i make "ability targeting point" ?
In your trigger action you should see a line of text that looks like this:
...to (Ability Command)...
Click on the blue ( to the left. A window should pop up, search for Order Targeting Point

Is there any way to not display textures so that cliffing is easily visible? When I'm editing a map that I've already textured it's hard to see where the new cliffs are, so I usually erase my texturing and then re-do it when I'm done with the new cliffing. Is there a better way? I've tried wireframe mode but it's still too hard to see the cliffs.

as in could it work decently like guitar hero
eh, its possible, but would probably be a giant pain in the ass. You'd also need to contend with all the network traffic you'd probably be generating, battle.net has crappy code for when buttons / mouse pressed. and that might throw off the whole damn thing anyway.

This is very disheartening considering I'm trying to unveil my map to the public and apparently nobody can join the game unless I make it and privately invite them.
you need to set up your game variants. also uncheck the box "Hide Lobby" under arcade info if you havent done so for some stupid reason its checked by default

in the data editor, under "Abilities" find "Move" make Stats: Flee Range = 0 Stats: Flee Time = 0

hey, I'm a pretty experienced coder just looking into this for the first time -- is it possible to read from and write to a SQL or noSQL server from Starcraft 2 or are client-side Bank files the best you can do?

I really need a solution to this please, unless it's not a simple answer. I don't know what I did wrong. I did do a lot of work with terrain height though, could that be it?

the only situation where i know this occurs is the game engine 'reforming' the terrain back to default height from your edited height. so the height of that terrain might be off. make a copy of the map and reset the height (data->modify height field) just to verify it.

That seems to have fixed it, thanks.

Where are all the fields that indicate a unit/actors wire frame?
I have a unit that I set to use a certain wire frame, and when you have a single one of these units selected it works fine, but when you have multiple, or other units selected also, the wire frame reverts to the original unit's wire frame. (Original unit being a spore crawler, which i duplicated to create this new unit)
"Actor: UI - Wireframe" is the only wire frame related field I can find anywhere, please help, this is a very ugly problem.
