If you download a map from battlenet and edit the data and triggers then click on test it will revert all the changes back to the origional. If you have the editor open you will still be able to see the changes you made but if you close the editor and reopen all your changes will have disapeared. It even seems to change all the files based on that map too somehow. Strangely enough it seems to keep all edits to the terrain but not data and triggers. I have had the terrain editor and trigger editor open in the same file before but using the test button in either will have different results as if it was a completely different file. searching for solutions I have seen multiple people report the same problem but either it goes unanswered or they claim to have some solution like "use save as, and instantly restart computer. then all your files will be screwed up except the most recent version" EDIT: I should mention that I have never experienced nor heard of it happening if you download the map from an external site. It only seems to happen when you download maps directly from battlenet. So if there is a place where you can download recent ladder and GSL maps that would solve the issue as well. ANOTHER EDIT: I just had the reverse situation! started from scratch using "save as" every few minutes and then reloading the editor. opened the latest version that I just saved and it had all the data editor changes from 20 minutes ago! even though that was saved under a different name and later deleted. Even stranger is that all the data editor changes have been restored but the trigger editor data has not! | ||

What are some fun custom maps? I exclusively play 1v1 ladder, I hate everything else, but was interested in playing some customs during downtime. The thing is, 99% of the customs are super confusing or complicated, like towers or SOTIS, that just take forever to learn. I'm just looking for some simple, fun customs, like that queen-snake game or the mario party style games that used to be popular. I remember back in BW they had games like starship troopers, that was fun. like wtf. I don't want to play any shitty tower game or dota style games anyways, and those games are too complicated to quickly pick up anyways. | ||

I have no longer receive achievement notifications when I get the achievement ( Which appears at bottom screen ) - - I don't know why it doesn't appear anymore. How to turn it on again ? ps: played another account on the same client and still got it appears  | ||
