Totally agree, I mean dominating DRG in one game is nothing, but if you could then turn that into a B03 win after that would be AMAZING!!!

The Kespa players are for real, and Rain is one of the best they have to offer at the moment. Byun and Rain are surely the top picks for this group even though they are playing each other first up I think they would still get through.

BO1 or BO3 it's PvP so it's still anyone's game, and if you haven't been following Rain is one of the better KeSPA sc2 players. If you had said it was a joke because he put Rain over Happy I might give you the benefit of the doubt, but as it stands your comment is the joke here.

Genius is solid, sure. But...
1. It's PvP. Not only does the coin-flippy part come into play here, but also BW players are damn good at mirror match-ups (hey Effort)
2. He's not kidding when he's saying Rain is one of the best, if not the best, sc2 player on a kespa team. The Rain of SC2 is basically the Bisu of SC1 (in terms of competition between kespa teams). He's just smashing everyone. I wouldn't count out Rain for a second, as I honestly do think he is a Code s level player.
Predicting JD over Curious and MKP is another thing. That's just absurd (and maybe a sprinkling of "Fuck it, it's JD, let's vote for him"). This isn't.

Yeah, not like Rain 2-0ed Leenock and then beat Curious as well.
FYI, Rain was rookie of the year and had only done 3 years of professional BW before the switch, surely to be one of the next big Protosses .. hardly just "rank and file" unless that just means anyone that's not TBLS

I didn't watch the games but I did just watch Happy take out Rain so i don't know what to think. Did Byun play bad?
