Handicap: Restrictive Evolution
Once an upgrade is completed for a unit, other upgrades which share a building with it can't be upgraded during that game. Exceptions: Burrow, Lurker Aspect. I'm not sure if Evo Chamber should be split 3-way or split to attack/armor, but thinking the latter.

Handicap ideas:

Perma doom drop: All of the players overlords must be together throughout the match. If a set of overlords are not together one or both must move towards the other immediately.
Starcraft 2: Use 1hatch queen, you can't make anything but zerglings/drones before a queen has been spawned.
Underlords: You can’t upgrade your overlords.
Tricky: You can’t stack your mutas, use moving shot, hold lurker, dronedrills or glitch units through buildings/minerals. Furthermore your opponent is allowed to use allied mines or any other glitch.
Get low: Your air units now act as ground units, which means that air units (including overlords) can’t fly over cliffs and must use ramps and whatnot like ground units.
Devotion: When a hydra den exists you can only build ground units (no ovies), when a spire exists you can only build air units. You must have one of the buildings to build anything but zerglings/drones.
Unsafe ovies: Your overlords must be atleast 1screens distance outside of your base(s) and over walkable terrain at all times.
F91: You cannot build your spawning pool at 4,5,9,10,11,12 or 13 population. Additionally you cannot build hatcheries at 9,10,11,12 and 13 population.
Irreversible: When you have made combat units from a hatchery it wont be able to produce drones ever again..
Single use: You cannot unburrow units.
Gassibalism: Defilers can only consume gas units (But not hydras, this ofcourse negates the handicap in the OP)
No morphing: Hydras -> Lurkers and Muta -> Guardian/devourer not allowed.
October: Get 24 lings before lair
Great macro: Hatcheries can only spawn units when 3 larvae are present. (Easy mode: this kicks in at 9 supply.)
Ultimate Gamer: Play your opponent on a map of his choice, this includes UMS maps, and any pro circuit map. Atleast no self-made, rigged, ridiculously imbalanced maps.

All possible upgrades before Hive (if another handicap prevents certain upgrades they will ofc not have to be done).
No Overlord upgrades.
No speed upgrades (can ofc be narrowed down to a specific unit type).
Max 6 drones on gas.
No zergling upgrades (speed and attack speed).
No hydralisk upgrades (speed and range).

Many upgrade handicaps

"tl submition" just means any map that people vote for, right? Or is it specifically a user-made map? Don't want to post map suggestions that will get raped by desti or something popular/common etc.

Handicap suggestions:
Weak Intel: No scouting with drones
Strategy Narration: Must tell opponent what build he'll be doing at the 1 minute, 4 minute, and 8 minute mark.
No Greed Allowed: Max 2 bases mining minerals
Queens!: Must build 3 queens before upgrading to hive
Blind Spot: No overlords in main base (must be at the nat and other strange places)
Slow Gas: Max 2 drones per extractor
Slow Hands: 140 APM maximum (if we get some nice APM monitoring stuff in).
