Bone breaking is a broken skill. If you know a role you will always kill it as mafia. (We got 3/4 dts by day 4, hittegods escaped us for a while, but we killed him the next day after we found out.) We didn't choose to bone break you over the DTs, we chose you because there was no one better. The only logical person to bone break is Mayor because he's the only dude you can't kill right away. Unless you know so many blues that you cannot kill them all in one night then it might be useful, but the chances of knowing so many blues would be rare. OR it could be used on vets I suppose, but last game it had to be used in advance, a whole day/night cycle. (Could not use it at night, but had to use it to night before.) Making it pointless because it pretty much declares to the town that the mafia wanted to target that person. The role sucks Edit: Found hitte, we suicide bombed him on day 5. I believe he was a victim of irc spying. | ||

And I don't know if disallowing vote checks is the best idea, at least for that reasoning. There should be other viable options than clues or very random/limited guessing with rolechecks to snag silent mafia. And furthermore, vote checks are really no worse than rolechecks; they can be faked easier because it isn't instantly given away, even though in the long term it's an assured suicide pact. I could understand that position if you included millers, which is an innocent that shows up guilty when detected, to make rolechecks not absolute (imo a good idea, just for the fact that it isn't 100% sure. We saw how dumb it was when rolechecks hit their marks repeatedly in mafia 3). Now that I think of it, why not put in millers and make them appear as mafia on both rolechecks and votechecks? Seems pretty logical. | ||

But IMO, you should scrap the whole role together, it doesn't do too much because usually its always better to kill than maim. Then again if the kill power is really low it could be useful towards the end. I dunno, It's just that I cant see a situation where the role is better than killing. | ||
