That is so broken its not even funny. Yes. 1 game was requested and 1 game he should get.

EDIT: You have particularly brought up these games: - Tropical Storm - Battle of Drams - SOTW
I actually went and read my own filters in all of these games, and the only comment i ever made in those games (in context, as you put it) that could be considered "inappropriate" or "out of line" was ONE comment towards coolTLname, which btw you -- based on your PM to me -- didn't find out of line enough to even warn me about.
So, i really want you to quote the posts you think i have made that make you say the things you say to me right here, right now. Please.
And then you need to tell me which players i have made quit TL Mafia by my behavior. Please.

That is so broken its not even funny. Yes. 1 game was requested and 1 game he should get. Doesn't matter. I wont play anything except for invite only games anyways since HtS and Blazinghand are hosting around 70% of the games here anyways and i don't think either of those people are reasonable hosts based purely on their capabilities of judging the games they host.

But also one of the most hilarious moments in any game....it made me laugh though if it happened to me I wouldn't think it was funny.
The main point I was trying to make was bh doesn't differ between players even if he is a bit mod kill happy.

Okay, it looks like there's some concern about the fact that rayn has been banned twice before, and I totally understand and share that concern. I'm really uncomfortable with the idea of Rayn getting a 5 game ban. Rayn should obviously NOT get a 5 game ban. I think this is a way in which the ban list has failed us in the past. Luckily, now that I'm here to actively manage things, I can make changes.
So, new rule:
When someone is put on the "removed from the ban list" list, they will be removed after 6 months. For example, if someone is banned for something, then sits a game out, they're on "removed from the ban list" until 6 months later. This prevents the case of someone getting banned once in the distant past, shaping up, then slipping later and getting over-punished.
Pretty sure rayn's most recent ban was like a year ago (late december 2014 I believe) so he's not on "removed from the ban list" any more. He gets a 1 game ban. Most people seem on board with "Rayn should get just a 1 game ban" so I'm going with that.
1 Game ban is approved.

We could always use more hosts! If any of you guys want to help out with the hosting I'm always glad to host less. I'd say about 90% of the reason that I host as much as I do is that I look around and see that nobody wants to host games for some reason. People seem stressed and nervous about it nowadays, when it's actually modestly fun. Let me know if you're interested in hosting games, rayn. Be the change you want to see! You've always seemed a good host to me (I don't remember you ever hosting poorly) so please consider hosting more going forwards.
I'll be updating "removed from the ban list" over the course of the next couple of days to bring it in line with the new rule. My goal here is to reduce the length of these bans since they're clearly not helping us by being too long.

If he did, I wouldn't make a call on it, I'd refer it to Foolishness. Please talk to Foolishness about this issue.
All the rayn-related issues are now closed.

I think there should be a way just like with the warnings, ie if you play five games (instead of three for the warning system) with no action you are moved/removed as well.
(Game number is up to interpretation)
Oh yeah, almost forgot my

Ah, my apologies Coag-- I don't remember when I made this decision about a ban for you, I'm fairly certain it must have been GM. As I noted, one of the downsides of having GM manage the banlist is he didn't have enough time to make changes like this when they were necessary. I'm sorry I didn't start taking care of the ban list earlier so I could help you. However, you have my promise that I will continue to do my best.

Cut the bullshit I want to speak to your manager. I want ban credits I can spend in games.

As coagulation lawyer I demand him under the slam rule to be able to post in 5 games he's not part of as compensation of this great injustice.

I personally think that history should have zero influence when determining the length of bans? History can come when looking at a player for the permanent or semi-permanent ban list.
