No, they were actually abstaining, not voting for "no one". They voted for themselves.

BH messaged me saying that you can vote for "no-one" as you don't vote for a person. Or you can vote for "nobody" and that means nobody at all gets the powers.
I voted for "no-one" per his response. Either way the plan should have worked.

Well, I'm currently co-hosting a game and in the near future will be hosting British Empire Mini. Depending on whether I run Purgatory II or WCMM II first, I'd say sometime in mid-late january.

GG hapa. I think what really did me in this game was when you did your unexpected 180 on Eywa. I had been positioning for an Eywa flip and was ready to focus on MrZ through the early part of day2, only to have you convince me over to an Eywa train (of course, I would be pushing that train as well). When Eywa was suddenly off the table, my focus on MrZ was exposed for what it was, and I was screwed.

I want to say ghost_403 I think he did really well as a replacement.
He contributed in the best way possibly without having to read the whole thing. And he was right about everything..
those lynch stats should have been paid more attention to.

Hmm, quick question:
If on D2, EVERYBODY claims all the votes they made on D1 and the elected guys claim as well....could this be a "good" way to get more info?
I mean, the blues elected on D1 aren't wizards anymore in D2, so scum's "magic bullet" won't do anything if blues are outed.
However, you'll get almost the full picture of the votes (except for the townies that died that night, and if a townie was misslynched on D1) from townies, but scum have to lie about their votes.
So you may end up with conflicting reports and may get info on who could be scum because of them.
For instance, if on D2 everybody claims votes, and you clearly see that X,Y and Z would be elected blues, but only X, Y and W claimed being elected, you know something is wrong with the people who claimed to have voted Z.
You can also "force" the scummy players to claim their votes first so they don't change their claim as townies claim (for instance claim they voted for the highest voted guy currently in the claims)
Would this work?
Also, to get 100% of the townie votes, each townie can do this:
-If you are the D1 misslynch, post your votes right before you are lynched
-Every townie posts their votes right before the deadline in case they die (if someone forgets to post their votes, but isn't killed by scum it doesn't matter)
.....maybe something like this already happened in the game though, I didn't read really read anything before D4 >_>
Pre-Edit: If on D2 the wizard from D1 is still wizard, then make this N2 instead of D2, there's no difference.
Edit: Well...except for the "claim votes before N1 deadline" thing. Just scrap that

Once you get elected you're a witch until the next lynch, but yeah in theory people should be claiming their D1 witchcraft votes at the start of N2-- there's no reason not to.

OK, I got it now. It is a little imbalanced then...
Mafia has to keep the silver bullets and the witch hunter not be lynched. Plus I really thought that the plan was going to work in our favor. But here, JieXian claiming was confirming him townsomehow...
I really have failed the night actions. And I don't think we should have bussed DYH on D2. Cheesecake was really possible to mislynch.
And I was really mad at Kush. I was about to game throw at that time. I think I was looking fairly town before he started to bus me for no reason. I still don't underatand why people listened to him when nobody gave a fuck when I was trying to bus him...

I think you should remove the abstain mechanic or you should gave the bullets to the whole scumteam.
And you shouldn't have told them how to abstain 
Also I really don't understand why JieXian didn't claim his vote. I know he had me as scum with Hapa, but his actions made me confirmed scum when I could still be town from his point of view.
I think we could have won this game easily after D1 if we had run a proper disruption in the thread during D2.
I really don't wish you to be scum with kush in any of you game. This is just so frustrating ^^

As I mentioned earlier, the ability to abstain will not be in remakes of this game. That being said, once the rule was set down I couldn't change it mid-game and if people ask or misunderstand I do my best to make things 100% clear about my rules. This is an open setup.

I didn't claim my vote because I voted after hapa did, and it means that even if I was the only one who voted for ghost, and Djo is town, Ghost wouldn't have won:
Hapa would also have voted for ghost in order for ghost to win 2-1. That was why I was getting kush to claim the vote.
I had strong townie reads on kush and Djo D4/N4 because they were allowing so many things that do not favour them to happen too easily
I don't understand why didn't kush claim the vote to save Djo....
I don't know why did they let the plan go through so easily, despite the countless openings I have provided for them...
I still don't understand why didn't scum NK hapa...... Eywa and me would have been easy lynches later. Nor why Djo and kush were always protecting hapa from me and eywa, from everything we had to say against him. They had so many chances to lynch the "strongest townie".
You 2 are just damn confusing

If they follow the rules, "nobody" is going to win. There is not going to be any blues next round. That's perfect ! I think that the order of the votes went like this Cheese -> "nobody" Hapa -> "ghost" Hopefully,then, JieXian and ghost are going to vote as well JieXian -> "nobody" Ghost -> "nobody" Then, "nobody" becomes blue, that's the rule. That was what was supposed to happen if town players didn't get to abstain, which was never mentioned in the OP in the first place. From my point of view, I think I understood it quite well.
