Other deadlines that work well for me are 21:00 GMT (+00:00) and 07:00 GMT (+00:00) +/- an hour or so. I'd be fine using those if either of those work well. I would not like a stunted game if it can be avoided.

22:00 GMT (+00:00) is also an option, though that might be a bit on the late time for our european friends. I would really rather not have the game ending in the middle of an hour.

Blazinghand's Time Tag Tutorial (BTTT)

Step 1: write the time in your own time zone format
Example: 23:00

Step 2: Write your time zone after the tag
Example: 23:00 PDT

Step 3: write [time] before your time tag and [/time] after it.
Example: [time]23:00 PDT[/time]

And you're done and ready to go! Welcome to Global Standard ;)

This is what the stuff in tags above comes out as: 06:00 GMT (+00:00)

I am fine with 21:00 GMT (+00:00) and 22:00 GMT (+00:00).
15:00 GMT (+00:00) should be ok as well.
06:00 GMT (+00:00) or 07:00 GMT (+00:00) would be a bit troublesome as I would not always be able to post in the last 8-9 hours before deadline.
