Person A does not receive a message. Person B claims to have messages him/her. Forges a PM, with whatever inside. Who would you kill first? The Sender or The Receiver?

My idea was for Sand to message ME if he could, but he absolutely refused. That doesn't even make any sense considering scum, in theory, aren't going to keep falling for this shit...but whatever. I'm the stupid one.
