Regarding scum nr.2 I would say the easiest suspect is ha236. As Lazermonkey pointed out he has been given a freepass to d3 now (unless he gets shot O_o), so please start contributing, I have asked you to do so repeatedly already but now you really have more than enough time.
Naturally if grush should flip town, KtheZ has to go next. Or if he somehow survives n2, he will be on top of my list as well. So my opinion on the 2nd scum right now depends heavily on the coming lynch and the night after.

Lazer, right now I am more or less just waiting for the flip of grush. Nothing more to say right now, as he will be our lynch today, even if he is a townie his play is soo ridiculously anti-town that we are probably better off without him

Release, I can see from where you are arguing, Vivax' play does feel better than Lazermonkeys, I would wait for the nighthit to make your judgement. Me being roleblocked is hard to proof, but what would scum get from claiming to be RB'ed? I believe grush's defense/claim was so bad it would have got him lynched anyway...
On to the topic of lynching day 3 I would say ha is most probably scum by now, if KtheZ gets hit tonight at least we will have some confirmed townie, which should help at LYLO.

As you say Release, it all depends on how the night hit plays out. I would assume scum would like to keep us in the dark by simply RB'ing the DT and just go with a kill on you, since if people follow your post they would lynch Kthez next, which would be game over if he is in fact DT.
What I do not understand is how you can say that town is split right now. The only thing which connects me to KtheZ is my claim of being RB'ed. There is nothing else tying me to him and close to nothing that ties me to Lazer. If you want to call something a split, the thing remotely close to it is Vivax vs. Lazer and ha vs. Release. These are the "hard" stances you have taken until now.
The Vivax vs. Lazer case does not convince me either way and ha's play has not really improved, sure he posted one case against Release, but it was fairly weak (at least in my opinion).
At the moment my feeling right now is that it is either ha+Vivax or Release+Vivax.
You might think it weird, but fuck I am running out of time, if I am alive you will get further reasoning

I just read through the Mafia QT and damn my play in day 1 was sooo bad :D But I did in fact got caught up with EURO, but nice thinking from Vivax to see me as DT cuz of the change in behaviour. I admit it looked ridiculously scummy or blue but all without any intention ^^.
I must say scumteam did really well, if it had not been for Lazer's check on Vivax and his subsequent death we might have been in soo much trouble. I probably should have claimed the RB right after the nightpost instead of breadcrumbing it (even asked Toad about it, thanks for the coaching!) but I did that post before asking, so it probably added to the confusion about who the DT was in the end.
