A word on masons, if they exist:
Add people you think are town, to contribute to analysis, but don't be afraid to add people you are unsure of so that you can poke and prod in PM land as well. PMs are a good way to gather information as town, and so long as you don't do anything stupid (Read: Claim in PM), I don't think it can hurt but only help to find scum if they're present in a mason circle.

Ok, we have one retarded roleclaim already. We have two people with posting restrictions, we have lists lists and yet more lists and we have the beggining of a bandwagon. This town needs some help.
For the roleclaim: I'm inclined to beleive his claim is true, Amber can confirm it for us if he truly uses it. However just because we know his role doesn't mean he's clear. It would have been way better to not claim and just come out after the night phase just so you know red.
Posting restrictions: Amber's is actually pretty detrimental to the town. We've already had enough pages talking about it and I don't think we need anymore. If red's role truly does work then Amber will be able to talk then but until that point I think we should stop worry about Amber. We know what yes and no mean so we can ask him questions and we know when he's not happy with someone. As far as I'm concerned that's enough for now.
Now onto Palmar. I'd highly suggest people stop fist pounding him. The fact that he's got people to do it already is really bad imo, come on town, where is your suspiciousness. Palmar apparently has to post bro with every post which isn't a problem but we don't know the affect of responding to a fist pound so until we know what it does I think we should stop responding.
On lists: I have no idea what these lists are. If they're for dts that's just asking for a framer role. If they're for medics that's asking for the mafia to hit somewhere else. People did this in PYPI and guess what, mafia lynched a pretty obvious townie anyway.
Speaking of lynches I'm a little concerned with the group of people who are voting Varpulis. I haven't played a game with him so if this is a meta vote I'd love an explanation. Otherwise I haven't seen him do anything overtly scummy. I'm personally going to wait a bit before placing a vote. I have some suspects but I'm going to see how they act a little longer + read the thread again before persuing them.
Town really needs to calm down and stop spamming. For an example of good activity and fairly good posting look at the later half of PYPI. People should be active (obviously) and contribute (obviously) but this level of activity is actually detrimental to the town as good posts or scumtells can get lost in the general mayhem.

I felt like Amber was the person I should be using this role on though, and I wasn't sure how to vote him without claiming, as just voting him for talking like a dog would be kind of dumb and town doesn't need to spend 5 pages discussing if im scum because I voted for Amber with bad reasoning.

Okay, finally caught up.
So far I'm seeing a lot of people judging from previous experience/previous games. While this leaves me feeling at a disadvantage due to only playing the one game, I also feel like I have an ADVANTAGE because I can view the thread objectively and take peoples posts at face value.
That being said, I'd like to answer some questions I've seen floating about.

First, I think that YOU appear to be the most pro-town right now because you seem to be the MOST focused on scum-hunting. Everyone else is concerned about thread cleanliness and order, which is nice, but you appear to be one of the only people actively asking questions and trying to get telling information from anyone. Cheers.
Second, I have hardly any expectations about who should and shouldn't have posted by now. The only game I've played had a few active players and a few who hardly posted anything, so it's hard to say. Going back and reading the other games isn't the same. I remember with vivid detail how long between certain responses from the game I was actively engaged in...it's different viewing it from the outside.

If your claim is real, I like it. Amber appears to have a lot of street cred in the mafia forums; but make sure that before you pursue any further actual action, you consider that the posting restriction might extend into the PMs you'd get to share.
@everyone making lists
Stop it. Unless it's a list about the happenings INSIDE THIS THREAD, I for one am NOT interested. I'm assuming EVERYONE is EQUALLY badass at this game...and as such, everyone would be on my list. If you want to make a list, make a list of instances x player contradicted himself in posts in this game...or a list of people that Palmar has tried to get a bro-fist from. These are more telling than lists of people who may or may not be good mafia members in theory.

I wanted to try and use my role for something useful. I have no reason to randomly be able to pm someone who looks like they are getting lynched because if they are town they will say everything in the thread and if they are scum then they won't tell me anything useful. My claim was an attempt at allowing Amber to tell us what was going on and contribute his thoughts to the discussion.
