He did not even post anywhere else in the forums. Also he was happy he was going to play a game... I am not sure what has happened, but it must be serious. The whole point of banning is that he wasted a lot of time on the part of many different people (other players, you, the host) and potentially took a spot which someone else wanted and then he was inconsiderate enough to disappear without saying anything at all. In such a situation, we usually give a ban and then if he had a good excuse, he can come back and explain what happened. If the excuse is good (some sort of unavoidable unforeseeable circumstance), then we take the ban away. But we give a ban at least at first so we remember that this was a problem. If you sit around waiting for an excuse, it is likely that you won't remember about all of this in 6 months or a year when he tries to play again, and that's assuming that you even notice the next time he signs up for someone's game. | ||

O.Golden_ne He missed the deadline, forgot to vote because he was out of town with friends and told me he's sorry for forgetting the deadline. Requesting whatever is a "normal" punishment for: Superouman Eishi_Ki Was my first time hosting and I have no idea what's the usual punishment for people who end up being modkilled. I had to replace / modkill all three. | ||
