Two games over one for an inactivity replacement/modkill for furerkip as he did not communicate with either the hosts or his teammates, and just disappeared. He was warned twice, and he was given a lot of leeway. In addition, he had to sign a clause at the beginning of the game that states that he will not be modkilled. Since he was, a just punishment is necessary and I think an extra game ban is fair. Warning for Palmar as he missed the deadline, but it seemed as if it was a genuine mistake. | ||

If he's serving a ban, why was he allowed to play in your game? Players generally aren't allowed to play in different games while sitting out a ban unless that game doesn't follow the ban list. | ||

Invite was from ages ago before he got banned, so technically he'd signed up before he got banned I sent out invites a long time ago (before I even posted the game) because if I didn't get the quality of player I wanted then I wasn't going to host | ||

Mouldy Jeb to get 1 game ban for replacing out. He PM'd me on day1 saying he needed to replace out because he didn't have time and didn't feel like he contributed to town. I don't think this is a good excuse, especially on day1 but he did PM me about it so I could find a replacement. O.Golden_ne to get 3 game ban for just disappearing. He disappeared on day3 when he only posted his vote in the thread. No posts on night3 or day4. He ignored the PM warning I sent him for his activity on day3 and I haven't heard from him since. I don't really know what the norms are or anything so I'm just request something, let me know if I'm too harsh or too lenient. | ||

I'm requesting a two game ban because the policy about forced replacement is outlined in my OP: if a player is replaced for any reason other than extraordinary circumstance (which this was not) they take a two game ban. All players must agree to this and acknowledge this before signing up for a game that I host. | ||

O.Golden_ne was also modkilled in Newbie Mini Mafia XV (link) but apparently he never got punished for that (he's not in the banlist). So he's been modkilled in 2 out of 3 games he's played. I guess the standard ban is 3 games for second offence but I don't really care enough to discuss this any further. Standard punishment (if any) for everybody for doing what they did. | ||

I was banned from the TL Mafia section roughly a year ago for griefing a game in which I became frustrated, as well as a second game of sleeper cell. I was very new to mafia and allowed things to become far too personal. In August 2011, after aproximately 2 months had passed, I appealed my semi-permanent ban. It was then basically agreed in this thread that not enough time had passed for the forum to accept my apology, and some TL mafia members suggesting that they would never participate in a game of which I was a part. After a year, I'm asking for another shot to be a part of the Mafia community, I am sorry again for being a MAJOR pain the last time I played. I feel like I'm in a much better frame of mind to contribute to and enjoy TL Mafia. Thanks and happy scum-hunting! | ||
