My personal predictions:
Day 1:
Echo Fox < Renegades
NRG > CLG
TL > C9
TIP < TSM
IMT > DIG

Day 2:
Echo Fox < NRG
CLG < TSM
IMT > C9
TL > Renegades
DIG < TIP

I feel like CLG vs TSM and CLG vs NRG can go either way. Other then that most of the matches are pretty clear cut. I think Renegades improved a lot last week with the new support and alex ich finally showing up so we might see them coming back in a good way (if they keep crumbz off nida). C9 is very hit or miss at the moment, however until they replace balls they honestly stand no chance vs IMT.

Day 1 Predictions:

REN > FOX: Both teams are a mess, but REN at least has their starting imports. This is only if Froggen and kfo are still out. If they're back I'd give the edge to Fox unless Freeze has a carry game with Draven or something.

CLG > NRG: Close game. I give the edge to CLG because NRG is starting to look overrated after losing to Liquid week 3 and C9 week 4. GBM hasn't been the dominant force people claimed he would be, and there are some definite weak points in the lineup. That said, they're still a top 4 team with a pretty good shot at fixing their issues and being much stronger by the time playoffs roll around, and they could easily gain an early edge here if GBM or Impact have a good game.

C9 > Liquid: Liquid's been looking good recently (although I'm not 100% convinced by Dardoch yet), but C9 have been looking unstoppable since they stopped faffing about with platooning their supports, and just embraced that they have to run the Hai-pe train into the ground. Also, if Jensen was able to convincingly beat GBM last week, he is going to absolutely goomba-stomp Fenix.

TSM > TIP: Regardless of TSM's issues, TiP without their loaned players to boost them is still a crap team with mediocre players. TSM should win with little issues off of talent alone.

IMT > DIG: Dig has no chance. IMT will at least get the 9-0, the question is: will they repeat?

Day 2 predictions:

NRG > FOX: Even if Froggen and kfo are back NRG is a better team than them, overrated or not.

CLG > TSM: CLG has a golden opportunity to take advantage of TSM's communication and synergy problems. Being CLG, there's probably a 40% chance they absolutely blow it. I'd still put them as slight favorites.

C9 > IMT: This is the upset pick for the week, mostly because I believe if any team is going to beat Immortals, it will have to be C9 on form with H A I C A L L S. I would not be surprised at all if IMT just runs C9 over, though. In particular, the mismatch on top lane could be C9's undoing.

TL > REN: TL has been looking good recently, and REN has been looking pretty messy, unable to lock down a lineup beyond their two import stars. Piglet should be able to nullify Freeze somewhat. Edge to TL.

DIG > TIP: Again, TiP without someone to boost is destined for last place. It is a Dig game, so there could be a creative throw.

After the mess that was RNG and NRG (can barely tell the acronyms apart), the official acronym for Renegades is REN in the LCS. Would be good if we used that here, too :p

Agree. C9 seems like the team to beat IMT based off superior calls, the game against CLG showed that IMT is somewhat sloppy but they could win off having more talent.

NRG vs CLG and C9 vs IMT seem like they will be the most anticipated matches of the week. I'm calling it in NRG and IMT's favor. It also would be really great to see somebody pull out Kog'Maw (maybe Frozen), although I still think he's probably too weak of a champion. Does anybody know which patch these games will be played on?
