I think people underestimate Zion. He can definitely hold himself against Smeb.

If you want to be worried for someone, worry for Dyrus. He is going to play against Acorn/Ssumday/sOAz.

Why would you be afraid for Dyrus? He's been bodied at basically every single international competition he's been in. That's just par for the course.

coooooooooooooooooooool

@Numy wrong word choices by me. i meant to be "worried". People shouldnt doubt Zion's ability. He is good enough to hold himself against the majority of top laners there.

CLG's problems vs KOO will come post-lane with Aphro and Zion, not in the first 10-15. But it's an easy group; they don't have anything to worry about as far as expectations.

This time, they told us this place was really dangerous. At the hotel entrance, there's an overpass--and they emphasized that you cannot walk through it. That's Paris's most dangerous place. You can get robbed there, and there are a lot of drug and narcotic users there. There was also a murder case there. It's a place with a high crime rate. At night, it's best not to go out. If you have to head out, then leave in a group. To me, that overpass was a place of hell. We better hold a meeting to forbid all players, at any time, to leave the hotel. If anything were to happen and they had to leave, they'd have to inform us and arrange to set something up.

Riot is full of fail at this kind of things. It's not like they dont have enough money to provide good enviroment to players. They should ask some advice to Valve. They provide the best enviroment for players by far.

Time for some pre-group stage Tournament winner predictions.

One of the following teams will win 2015 Worlds: CLG, TSM, LGD.

Pick 3 teams, when the first 2 get wrecked and the last 1 comes through pretend like you've made some great prediction.

One of the following teams will win worlds: Bangkok Titans, Pain Gaming, SKT

Predicting LGD to win Worlds and it happening is a good prediction in it's own right but considering a lot of people wouldn't be that surprised if they did win, it is not as impressive as predicting the other two and it coming true, but that obviously (or maybe not if I have to point it out) has nothing to do with the prediction that I've made. It won't really be super duper amazing unless TSM or CLG win, because nobody really expects them to. Honestly just a pointless comment that you've made there, lol.

I was just saying what MY plans were! I'd never try to impugn your methods!

But if you want to talk about valid criticisms, lets see that list of reasons why TSM has a better chance than SKT

I've picked the winner In every world's from season 2. To be fair it hasn't been that hard tpa, skt, then ssw were the smart picks but this year is impossible to predict.

I gotta pick skt tho. GET ABOARD THE KOREAN HYPE TRAIN BOYS.

I'm going to be straight up honest but to me CLG hasn't solved their problems of midgame decisiveness. When they beat TSM that was really just TSM rolling over and dying instead of CLG actively forcing in the midgame.

This is terrible against a team like Koo. Koo has probably the best mid/late game shotcalling in the world and I don't see CLG overcoming that barrier (although i don't think clg will win in lane anyway). Koo should pretty decisively beat CLG starting from the 15-20 minute mark because CLG and the rest of NA just don't know what to do in that time period.

Also I'm pretty certain that CLG will get surprised by the playstyle of the Flash Wolves. Unlike every NA team the Flash Wolves are the definition of decisive. If a dive call is made, they do it immediately. They take objectives unlike most teams in the world, with ridiculous decisiveness.

Unless CLG has somehow learned how to make midgame shotcalls without leads I don't see them going to the bracket stage. Also the above is completely independent of individual strength, which Koo is head and shoulders above while Flash Wolves are at the very least equal if not slightly better than CLG.

If LGD wins Worlds, of course I'll take credit for predicting it, because they were in the pool of teams I thought could win. But it's obviously not a radical prediction. I'd be much more proud if CLG or TSM are able to win, because seemingly nobody else thinks they have a shot.

because Quickshot told us that Bjergsen is better player than Faker. So TSM > SKT T1

If CLG makes out it out of quarters, I'll start taking offers for hats to eat.

If TSM wins more than one game, I will also include shoes.

I think SKT T1 will win.

I want KOO to have successful Worlds campaign. They have potential to produce good games as long as they survive early game. They are my underdogs.

I'm not really a Riot defender but most cities have incredibly sketchy areas on the border of tourist destinations. Tourist locations always attract seedy people looking to capitalize on clueless tourists who walk the wrong way. That kinda just seems like normal advice you give to tourists and it seems like a super overly cautious response from EDG.
