Yes pressuring turret is fine if he's a top laner, but if he's being played out of mid that is just screaming teamfight oriented vlad.
If I see vlad first picked again I just don't even know what to say at this point, any other high pressure champion would work.
Oh and there's no way they should let Impact get Hec again, he's too good on that champ this series.
