Not really, often you go for heal because of movement speed boost, in raw numbers they're pretty same with barrier and you have free leap after 6 on Nidalee, so you're pretty much either safe always or neither heal in the world can save you. + Barrier has 30 seconds less cd, even if you don't run utility masteries. And if you run, barrier has 189 seconds cd and heal has 216, still 27 seconds favour. | ||

Since the removal of the Grevious Wound cleanse, it's not that strong against a laner running ignite, and LB has a good chance to allin early for a kill. | ||

Yes it is....It removes heal reduction and makes you able to burst heal your allies.Also the ms buff is super good you are underestimating its power wayyyy too much.
