Yeah i can see that, but example Hydra is still 3300 worth of gold that is not invested in tank stats. He did his job just fine going full tank, i cant see what he would of done better with being down 1 tank item, but having more burst... | ||

In an interview recently, he said that he didn't like to be aggressive in lane. Anybody that has kept an eye on TSM since he joined knows that that isn't true. When it fit and he got Olaf, Vlad, or Jayce, he absolutely wrecked shit. Even when he was on Shen, he made a serious impact. Dyrus could put the team on his back and carried like a motherfucker. However, in effort to keep the team afloat during the twilight of Regi's career he has put limits on himself and painted himself into a corner with his play. The higher the stakes, the more pressure he puts on himself, the harsher he judges himself. Then this week, we hear him talking in an interview about how he spent all week on relearning Renekton. That he wanted to be more of an active influence on the team when Bjergsen comes back. I feel he is finally secure enough in the rest of his team to transition from the "pick mundo and just try passively get through lane" rut that he has put himself in. If that means he's going to make solid, though less than optimal, item choices for a while so be it. If that means he has to spend a week learning a new champion at a competitive level so be it. What matters to me is that he, eventually, reverts to form where he does play at his peak again using all the talent that I know he has. Dyrus was what kept me interested in the professional scene after Epik split, stupid pillow and all. That's why he's my favorite player. Tiamat's 1900 gold, but the idea was that by building normally Dyrus wouldn't be able to snowball the lane as hard, and they feared that despite his huge lead Shyvana would still be able to retake the advantage once level 9-11. Didn't happen. | ||

Also Renekton doesn't have matchups where he loses, right? You can hit manamune on Kha'Zix and Jayce at 8-9th minute, after it you get muramana at ~25. It was stable even before last tear patch. Now you can do it even earlier, at ~22. Slam'n'jam after it. | ||
