Well, there is a difference between throwing a game and throwing a lead. Dade definitely threw away the lead, but the game was far from decisive. I mean if Ozone played perfectly after their 2-0, yes, they would probably win. But that is like saying whoever gives FB has threw away the game.

I mean, you can't blame Looper for their losses -- Imp and most importantly Dade being the main people getting caught and playing poorly -- but Homme was their voice and captain of the team. If Looper is just going to play Zac and Shen, champions that Homme plays, then there is really no point to keeping him out. It's been a gigantic mess for Samsung this tournament. Lack of preparation and Dade's champion pool have been the death of them. From what I know about Imp personality is that he just cared a huge amount less after Dade failed

Yea he's that guy who failed at SC2 then failed in Startale LoL and yea he's a pretty damn good coach but the guy is a vindictive fuck. In all his interviews he trashed TSM and Regi for his remarks about how dade was bad. I just personally do not like him.

HEY, YOU AGAIN! Dade please, your E is on cooldown, what do we do when our E is on cooldown? That's my boy, be safe darling!"

No shit, of course they get outplayed. They get outplayed every single time. The question is why. This isn't some trash tier amateur team we're talking about. It's Gambit Gaming, semifinalist of S2 championships, EU LCS Spring Split runner up, IEM Katowice winner, 3 members in All stars, top EU team, yadda yadda yadda. If they didn't have some actual mental or confidence problem going into games against Fnatic, they should be able to take at least one game in over five months. But they can't, and it doesn't look like they will anytime soon, either. They keep trying stranger and poorer comps in hopes of beating Fnatic, and they keep failing. Even Alex has admitted in interviews how stressful it is trying to play against Fnatic, more so than other teams. So yes. There is definitely a mental block there.

You never know really... there are plenty of cases in sports of team captains keeping their teammates from doing absolutely retarded stuff on field. Having a level mind saying "Hey, nobody be an idiot right now" might be all Dade needs to keep him from being a dumbass.

He has the most bubbly personality in Korean LoL. I don't think his comments about regi were mean spirited at all and is a misunderstanding. Anyone but Kkoma. Anyone remember how happy he was to make GSL?

The thing that makes Koreans better than other region isn't that their top teams are miles ahead of other region's top teams. It's the fact that they have more QUANTITY of top teams. The top European teams and Chinese teams had always been competitive with top korean teams; but it's almost the same 2-3 top teams for those regions. Whereas in Korea, the sheer amount of top teams coming out of nowhere is crazy. To put it in perspective, SKT1 wasn't even formed in the first round of OGN champions this season, and that was also KTB's first season afaik. So yes, if you think of it that way, the korean competitve scene for LoL is stil way ahead from that perspective. Only 2-3 top teams ? The eu lcs was wide open this season. Gambit and Fnatic had to go through the tiebreaker to secure their spot. And some players, who are considered top3 at their positon like rekkles or shook werent even in the lcs. EU is very deep too.

Gambit is still a powerhouse team, so you don't have to walk under their turret, to let them win. A missing ward, a bad positioning, a little snowball, and they can capitalize on it. Even if they were serious, they'd bust out some 2nd tier champs, just for proper practice. And then when someone from Riot listens to how their calls become completely different or nonexistent from their past matches... Seriously, risking getting kicked out of everything ever for the CHANCE to have a SLIGHTLY EASIER matchup MUCH LATER IN THE TOURNEY yeah, imma go to bed, dunno why I'm giving this argument any credit

Maybe even his last tournament. What does he get for carrying in OGN and getting Ozone to worlds? A goddam slap in the face and his team makes make a joke of themselves and laughing about it. To be fair, if he retired, he'd probably become Ozone's new coach or one of their assistant coaches. I can't actually see him just getting kicked or moving away from the team when his time as a pro is over.
