This could have been another big finish for Homme and Ozone, another cinderella story. Maybe even his last tournament. What does he get for carrying in OGN and getting Ozone to worlds? A goddam slap in the face and his team makes make a joke of themselves and laughing about it. To be fair, if he retired, he'd probably become Ozone's new coach or one of their assistant coaches. I can't actually see him just getting kicked or moving away from the team when his time as a pro is over. After this I would offer to coach a team that isn't Ozone. Being benched after captaining the team to worlds only to see it backfire would cause me to probably leave Ozone behind. While this is true, Ozone probably should have benched him back when he was the biggest problem on Ozone. Everyone on the team looked good, he was awful, and he even thought about retiring. They could have kicked him or switched Looper in, but they stuck with him, he improved, found his role and they won OGN Spring. You still believe in Dade? lol. Huh. No. Dade has been awful. If he can't expand his champion pool or learn new champions before LoL Proleague or OGN Winter, he should be benched. I'm talking about Homme. I thought you were using the Homme story, to talk about Dade. bad reading comp from me.

Yeah, I understand that, but emotionally being denied a chance to play on the biggest stage only to see Looper playing the same champs and Ozone blowing it horribly would probably ruin any goodwill I had towards the team for sticking with me. But that's just me, I can't read Homme's thoughts.

mineski Ooof, that hurts me to even read that. Mineski+GG.EU are just the odd team in Worlds, I think Velocity might have put up a better fight.

i thought homme was benched because looper had a better champion pool and more skilled but looper plays same champions homme will use and he isnt making the difference either

Well, even if he has more play making champions, the main carries on the team are usually 1. Imp/Dade, 2. Imp/Dade, 3. Dandy, 4. Homme. Even with Looper coming in, this still holds true, so he has to play utility champions. Maybe if Dade knew how to play a utility mid like Orianna or Karthus, then maybe Looper could play a carry champion, but it seems like they still believe Dade can be a main carry.
