This works in SC2 because on average the games are shorter but it would be too much for LoL. However, if they had a losers bracket then it could work as the team from the winner bracket could come in with a 2 game advantage. What? Having quarters be bo5 doesn't mean semis and above have to be more games...

Pretty sure those are just cutouts from the Champions group shots.
That's why Ozone don't have their pictures up yet because they can't use their Champions pictures due to the new uniforms/sponsor.

The lighting looks very similar. All the teams have pictures up, now.
See, what I mean is they have this very high contrast lighting on those pictures, which is typical for the NA production. For comparison, Cloud9 http://na.lolesports.com/worlds/teams/cloud-9-hyperx

Why aren't there any pictures of the teams there yet? #secretstrats #sneakykoreans

Nope, you're right. Different from their Champions poses.
Samsung's uniforms look very sharp with the patches/logos on the shoulders.

I'm not talking about those pictures, talking about pictures of the teams in training and in LA in general.
Also can't believe no one made a gif of faker mouthing "oh my god" at OGN after mata turned around their gank and bullets got a double kill off it.

Oh, if so, then good. The red unis are some of the best in League. Also no other team wears red, so it sets them apart and makes them clash next to other teams. Leave the white to Ozone.

lol looper is in the picture. Is he at cali? Also I saw dade playing korean solo q so im guessing the connection to korean server is pretty decent from where theyre playing.

#USA It's quite annoying that there are such high chances for C9 to not play any EU teams at all It's quite annoying that the group stage teams will play a minimum of 8 games and the bye teams might only play two. I would be very disappointed if C9 just got crushed by SKT or something and didn't get to play anyone else. (To be clear, I'm happy that there are so many group stage games, it's just bizarre that suddenly the quarterfinals are only best two out of three after that.)
I was hoping that it'd be double elim, especially as only four teams are coming out of groups of 10.

Only makes me rage and enjoy the event much less. Seeding teams directly into the quarters because of regional games is such a joke.

Agree! At first I didn't like their new uniforms at all, but now I have to say they actually look very nice.

I hope next year they increase it to 16 teams and hold a normal tournament for once, there's a reason why sports use 4, 8, 16, 32, etc.. And instead of coming up with some other random ways of distributing the extra spots they could hold a final qualifier with the teams that were just below threshold in their region, like this year it would have been with KT-B, iG, EG, Dignitas, TPS/SGS. Maybe even hold that tournament in whatever region is gonna have the worst times for Worlds to reduce the victimization.

I actually believe originally he was their jungle sub, so maybe that's where it comes from.
Some of the information on the lolesports side is still a bit screwed up, obviously. For example, Homme is 18 on there.
