Personally I can't fault gtrsrs for their decision to pick up Deezer. It was kind of shitty, but he did what he had to do given his lack of outs with pr0lly leaving them high and dry.
What I can fault gtrsrs for is how hard he tried to sell Deezer as a player to the community. The community KNOWS he's an asshole, his image isn't going to fix itself overnight. If you try so hard to sell him to us so quickly, it's not going to fix his image--just ruin yours.
TBH (and I'm possibly being more frank here than I should), I feel like gtrsrs tries a bit too hard to sell his players as "nice guys" when it doesn't actually fit all of their images. Telling us all that they're nice guys when some of them are known ragers in solo queue is just going to raise a lot of eyebrows. From the PR side, you have to sell the player with an image that fits the player. If they're an asshole, sometimes it's just better to sell them as an asshole (prime example being Idra).

Yango, there's no PR magic or miracle that could sell deezer as a pro player.

I know, I'm just saying that it would have hurt gtr's image less if he didn't try so hard to.
The comment about selling assholes as assholes was more directed to how he sells the rest of the team.

Sorta hard to sell team as doublelift if they don't have the skill
|
Hows that person ever regret what damage he's done when legit teams pick him up. Teammanagers have got a responsibility towards the community, misbehaving persons and the greater E-Sports as a whole. Just a epic fail.

Gonna be off topic here for a second and talk about some games. I'm really looking forward to this CA vs Quantic game. First of all, they are both very, very good teams. And secondly, I'm a huge fan of Pobelter/Altec/ and Dominate. Really cool guys imo, especially baby pobe and ruru. Rhux is good people too. I just wish LightSludge had stayed around as the support, absurdly talented (before his MMR got a bit too high for me to see him in my games much, he was just stomping as Ez/Cait/even Irelia in low 2k games) and a nice guy. Quantic is great too.
Should be an awesome match, pulling for Curse Academy.
EDIT: And how could I forget showing some love to Meteos, one of the people I really respect at his position. The type of guy you see in solo q/on streams and go "Wow, he should be on a pro team". And a few months later, he is :D

LOL.
I think Quantic and Crs B are like shoe-ins for the next LCS promotion shit.

Are both teams going to have an inhibitor down by ~6 minutes?
Edit: Nope

In my opinion they are pretty far ahead of the other amateur teams in terms of skill.

Curse B can't be promoted since Curse A is there, IWD is banned from competitive, and Pobelter is too young. Come on, it's been stated last page (or the one before that) and talked about for months now.

I'm really confused. CA sitting with 4 mid and Altec bot against 5 mid from Quantic and yet IWD is initiating on everything and Pobelter is ulting then flashing in behind him. By the time Altec is getting to the fights, 1-2 are always dead. If they want to dive in on Quantic, why is Altec not grouping? Or, if they want Altec to get big, why is IWD diving in anytime he can ult 2-3 ppl?
This is bizarre to watch. I feel like IWD or Altec are not doing what they should be, maybe team just doesn't have a caller.
Edit1: This fight at 36:30 was much better. Pobelter has Zhonyas so he was able to walk in and get a kill/ then Zhonyas, and still had flash to get out. Altec also there since the start. Better spacing on the Locket shields too.Still not seeing how Jayce fits with the rest of this space control+ dive w/ hyper carry that you get with setups like J4 jungle/AoE mid.
Edit2: 39:30 fight was awful. Two people on Janna, and then a fight happening at mid where Altec flashes thru a Draven ult, but not around - dying mid flash to a 200 hp castro.
Edit3: 41:30 is what CA is looking for I guess. Perfect J4/Rumble ults. Jayce comes in with the jump I guess, although I still feel another champ could do it better (why is he not Zed/Elise?). Dominate dies for free but still not bad.
Edit4: 44:00 was good again. Well comboed by Pobe and Dom, and Atomic landed a nice hook on Castro. Castro lived a little longer than he should have, but Rhux finally got thru to him. And Altec is playing absurdly well, its incredibly hard to position as Varus against super tanks like Nasus/Renek when Altec has very minimal peel (really everyone on his team is diving in together and leaving him behind with Thresh).
Edit5: Gonna stop commenting on these fights lol. This is a fun as hell game to watch, but both teams are playing in bizarre ways and are going to kick themselves watching these replays.

Why people refer to gtrsrs as gtr? Thats another guy . Vel lost all my support with that Deezer pickup, come on, there are many more players out there that you can fit into your team. And Gtrsrs goes for the worst choice possible? What was he smoking.

Curse academy trying to see how many times they can throw during the same game it seems lol

this is a pretty good game

i love late games so much :3 Thats why CLG.eu was my favorite team in S2.

Support building like a carry lol.

This game is way better than most of LCS
