That's stutter stepping. Orb walking is something from dota with which you manually cast the orb effect and then move so you can keep using it. To my knowledge lol has no orb effects like that so its the wrong term.

When the main stream was down POV streams were still up. So I constantly have all 3 of them open.
Now all are down though.
