It is interesting that more pro's don't' do Riot the favour. Especially Gragas too who has such noticable skins, if Scarra was winning with like the Gangster Gragas or Gentlemen Gragas sales would go up a noticable amount. Pulsefire Ezreal, Red Baron Corki and Mafia Graves in a similar vain.

MLG not amused Then they should follow up with deeds and simply nullify the result of the ARAM and let the teams play that one again as a real game.

Scarra used Champion Ryze earlier, as did WildTurtle. Gragas has occasionally been Gragas Esquire, etc. Can't remember the others, bit I know I saw them. But it's mostly been regular default skins. That's one reason they may not be using them. A lot of pros use skins all the time, esp in solo queue. Skins are almost a point of pride. Qtiepie played with Pulsefire Ez exclusively last tournament he was in.

Every time I start to like Dig less, something happends to wake up my fanboyism again.
Edit: I thought Qtpie wouldn't want to use PFE because he's a fucking otaku and standard Ez dances Suzumiya Haruhi.

The last game has arguably the most distracting and unique skin, party Fiddlesticks, so MLG definitely allows players to have them.

Anyone know the results for Orbit v. TD?
I know it was 1-1 based on previous LRs, but any update? Just curious because doesn't Orbit need to finish 3rd to qualify?
|
Second Janna, Deman. Patoy played Janna v Team Dynamic earlier.

I find that Blitzcrank really, really outplays Janna as a support... although Ezreal straight up counters Blitzcrank if played correctly.
Super Old Skool Olaf + Zilean combo!!

Does anyone know what happened after the first game ARAM? I had to leave for a bit during the first game and now both teams are apparently picking seriously?

Super Old Skool Olaf + Zilean combo!! Man, I still remember the Zilean-Jax-Vayne combo from CLG at IEM Gamescom last year. Good times.

MLG and Riot looked at Dig/Crs with an angry face and the two teams decided to be more serious about the finals.

Ah thanks a lot. I didn't realize the Blue Stream changed to the 3rd place match.

he couldnt know since he was casting a 6 game series between orb and curse transitioning into the grand finals
Deman was already one of my favourite casters out there and jatt is growing on me, it is kinda awkward when he casts with RiotJaws but these two make a decent duo

Janna only bought wards ahaha. Smart play vs Blitz.

Sorry I dont see them as competitors anymore. competitors not giving their best in a finals
how does this make MLG look like?
Calm down. SC2 has done things like this as well. Naniwa lost his spot in GSL over this. He never had the spot. I've tuned into LoL on and off all week, it's interesting, I've been interested in playing it casually cause I can't play intensive games anymore, but the only issue here is that they're splitting the money. Don't split the money, just play without revealing your strats, ARAM or not. Splitting money is just so disgraceful and has gotten people kicked and permanently banned from tournaments. I have no problem with ARAM. The teams are in a situation in which they have to hold back strats. Understandable, but splitting prize money is a big no. He actually did have a seed in code S (as GOMTV gave it to him like the do to people every year) but after the probe rush against Nestea they revoked the decision. Do research next time.. We don't believe that winning games and getting prizes make you a pro-gamer. We think that pro-gaming as a vocation should be about gamers competing for the victory, for the audience so they would get excited, and in all that, players job is to compete for the victory through that. We gave the seed to Quantic Gaming's protoss pro-gamer NaNiwa, not the Swedish youth Johan Lucchesi who plays the game well." Official statement by Mr Chae (head of GOM) Theres the proof he was given the seed. Same thing should happen with this situation. Even though I dont personally watch LoL the blow up on twitter made me come check out the situation and since naniwa was brought up might as well say the proper info instead of the BS you came out with. If the teams arent willing to try and fight for the win then screw giving it to any of them DQ them both for being unprofessional and be done. Same shit happened in badminton during the olympics. It's why in SC2 you see koreans fight even when they've pretty much lost. Because they have that much respect for the game and are professional enough to not give up no matter what the situation.
I was talking in the sense that Naniwa didn't win the seed (a la MMA winning his Code S seed). GOM never officially awarded Naniwa a seed for that. They weren't obligated to do so either. Contract was over. This is well known.
