They had 2 hyper carries that were finally starting to get their 4th and 5th items. Karthus+Kog>Trist imo. Wow, everyone looking to take down CLG.eu. Should be fun to see who takes them down, if anyone.

The idea is that super hard initiate onto someone, pick them off and then proceed to sweep everyone else into that. Tristana is just someone who sits there in the back and dps-es down everyone. But if you don't have the hard engage to complement Tristana, you can't pick where you fight. Ashe on the other hand lets you pick dps choices in your mid/top/jungle like Karthus. Ashe is never a lane choice because she loses a lot of them. You chose Ashe for the teamfight.

Karthus+Kog>Trist imo. With 2 inhibs down and baron coming back up, with AP janna, there was p much no way for TSM to force a fight there or to really get to tristana for that matter. Unless the Janna randomly suicides, there's pretty much no way for FNatic to lose.

Anyway, CLG.eu vs TSM should be fun.

He has a lisp or something but anyway his voice is unclear, while his insights are usually mundane and sometimes very wrong. Anyway, CLG.eu vs TSM should be fun. compared to Riot employees hatperson and redbaron I'll take it!

This series sure wasnt his best but look for example to the TSM Invitational (think that was the one) that was held a few weeks go. He did pretty well there.

Fnatic with the surprise win and are the first to advance to the Winners Semifinals! Fnatic applied pressure while they had the advantage (starting with IE on Trist, Janna and Sona were at their peak, Irelia was past her weak earlygame). TSM didn't seem prepared for that (rather obvious) timing and lost too many objectives before they realized what was going on. Btw, Kog got first blood right? And Fnatic the first (and subsequent) Dragon? Cuz the commentators always said the opposite...

As you saw, Fnatic had a horrible engage and lost a team fight... and then immediately forced Baron and won. They'd have had to get rolled about 3 more times just like that before the game evened up.
