Thanks to Reddit sleuths, everyone can try the LotV test maps by following instructions here. Note: This is not a beta key, it is simply access to Vs. AI and a Unit Tester. I have no idea how cool with this Blizzard is or is not, use at your own risk. | ||

You don't need an installer; it's CASC. They'll probably make one, but it is just fluff that calls the app to install the game. I used some custom tools to generate the listfile diffs, but installing the game is easy. Just go to your Battle.net app's directory. Hold down SHIFT and right-click in an empty space in the directory and go to "Open command window here". In the command prompt, type "battle.net.exe --game=s2_beta --install" without quotes. The SC2 LotV installer will launch as if you had access (obviously you still don't, it just installs the game). | ||
