Late game he can completely deny creep waves by just putting mushrooms down the middle path. He also has a massive nuke blind on a short cd. Not S tier but he's pretty good After vision changes you can see where his shrooms are without entering the bush, they are easy to sidestep. I will concede he was fine before vision changes tho. Like, if someone thinks Protobelt makes Eve viable in ARAM, but won't look at statistical evidence, I dunno what to say except she's still total garbage compared to just about any other champion because half her kit makes no sense any more. But that doesn't really change anybody's mind, because we all knew that already. Also, it's true that games with tryhard ARAMers that build correctly and skill correctly and have great rerolls are going to have vastly different winrates. But most people don't queue into that ARAM, and instead play in a world where 90% of the players don't even know Oracle's exists. Having a Veigar on your team is better than having a Teemo on your team IF your Veigar maxes E and builds tanky and IF their team builds Oracle's, but that almost never happens anyway, so is it really that inaccurate to say, "Teemo is better on ARAM than Veigar"? If you want an objective measure of a champion's actual strength, aka put it on a tier list, you cannot really include stats from people that dont utilize it properly. They might as well be playing different champions. Ryze has one of the worst winratios out of all the midlaners on the Rift but is far from a trash champion in the hands of a competent player. Ivern in bronze and silver have a horrendous win ratio but a rediculous high in masters and challenger, which would you say is the most accurate to measure his actual strength from? The data for champion win rates in ARAM is combined for high and low MMR games since there isn't a visible rank to sort for (Riot has confirmed ARAM use it's own unique MMR system) obscuring list's accuracy immensely. Totally agreed. My hunch, though, is that the ARAM skill bell curve is very compressed compared to SR, because the random team comps + wider matchmaking + smaller player base + people being forced to play champions they aren't good on means that you can't "climb" as consistently as on SR. So the difference between bad and good players is much less dramatic, and the playerbases at each MMR are much more overlapping, meaning that the skill-based differences in winrates are less important. Another way of looking at this is, assume that it is true that high-MMR ARAM is composed exclusively of ARAM-only accounts. If so, does that mean that someone like Xerath is "bad" in ARAM, because he does poorly in high-MMR ARAM compared to Ziggs/Lux/Sona? Obviously not - he's still good for the vast majority of ARAM players.

Oracles revealing bushes without being in them is honestly insane, didn't know that. Worth buying even not against teemo then, Bush advantage is huge in ARAM.

One of the junglers makes one bad choice and they are basically the equivalent of being down 20 CS. I dunno, maybe it is my playstyle but I feel like as a jungle either fall ridiculously behind and fail to do much or I get really really ahead and I shitstomp everything. Every game one of the jungles doubles the other guys gold. Maybe i need to play more risk averse.

Every single fight and trade is worth a wave in terms of a camp. The Risk / Reward is real high now, whereas before it was relatively low, and just being in the right spot got you a higher reward. I just need to adjust my decision making.

Playing a generally more aggressive style that puts the enemy jungler behind too will also be more difficult in terms of you'll have to be accustomed to playing at a wider range of relative levels but every time I saw a feast/famine jungler player it was because he either didn't recognize which ganks aren't guaranteed to work, or he knew but didn't care and went for them anyway.

And there is likely always room to improve on gank reading. Is fair. I think I play a little too battleward though.

Was there a major jg metachange between 6.22 and 6.23? i'd say the meta shifted to junglers that can level 3 gank bot after red->krugs and take the colossus keytone
