Also fucks with his jungle clear even further. i mean his jungler clear is negligible. he's a top laner and occasionally a mid laner vs zed. but a 60 base .6 ratio hit is a big hit no matter the character, though they didnt take damage from his waveclear, just vs champs, apart from the scaling hit. dunno why the europeans are all talking about him in the jungle. is he only used as a terror top in NA? It's not negligible when he used to be a decent jungler and he gets axed further.

I like Duskblade first on Mantheon in top lane. The extra AD from having a BF sword item is nice and I dislike the Ghostblade active on him. Also garantees 100-0 from a full combo. My usual build path is Dusk- Ghost - Maw or Randuins before Maw depending on AD or AP - LW with CDR boots or mobility boots depending on whats going on.
I feel like the ghost blade active is best just for running away after your combo, Mantheon is already so fast he doesn't need that active to walk auto walk. And if your Q after they flash doesn't secure the kill that active wont help you

And if your Q after they flash doesn't secure the kill that active wont help you you don't get ghostblade for it's active on assassins. though extra movespeed is always good on a melee with short engage. its the 20 Arpen to keep yourself from straight up losing to tank lanes.

Right, but I run 19 ARP runes and if you arent zoning tanks early you already dont know how to play. So by the time they get Chain Vest you should be way ahead and roaming. Not to mention the Dusk passive can help you 100-0 a tank more than an extra 10 arp.
If they are running a full armor page switch lanes with mid.

Probably because according to champion.gg, almost a quarter of his plat+ games are from the jungle and it's where he has the least narrow application. I'd put money that the vast majority of those jungle games at "plat+" are in fact lacking the plus. master-challenger level he's pretty much never there. i can only recall seeing one outside of scarra feeding on him there a few times. and that was flexing to that spot. Well, unless you actually have anything to back it up outside of what you watched, you should probably stop stating things as facts. 9/48 Pantheon games played over the last 2 weeks tracked by probuilds has him played in jungle, which is almost 19%.

On February 27 2016 00:16 Gahlo wrote: Well, unless you actually have anything to back it up outside of what you watched, you should probably stop stating things as facts. :/ whatever dude. it's not hard to infer from data either. pantheon has a sub 50% winrate from the jungle and "in plat+" is played less than 1/4 of the time. pantheon has the lowest winrate in plat with just above 50%, in diamond its nearing 60%, and in masters its above 60. per lolking's stats.
so beyond the entirety of streams, my play at low diamond (admittedly none on duskblade patch) and all that, the data backs me up as well dude.
Also the data backs me up that Pantheon must be played as a jungler more in europe than here, as his winrate is lower at all levels.
also if your argument is that he's relevant as a jungle because 80%+ of the time he's not in the jungle then i dunno what to tell you other than lol.
IN fact most of those jungle games are Bigfat. all but 2 it looks like. Even insec is playing him top not jungle.
1 guy spamming pantheon and going jungle and losing doesn't mean he's relevant there. and there are 3 jungle pantheon wins in the last 2 weeks and 32 top lane wins.
Pantheon on probuilds last 2 weeks is 35-26, with jungle being 3-7 and solo lane pantheon 32-19.
Bigfat is 8 of the ten jungle games and 2-6 on jungle pantheon. Valkrin is 1 win and RF legendary is 1 loss.
Solo lane has everyone from smeb to zion to bigfat (since bigfat played more pantheon than anyone last two weeks)

Diamond players are no different than at any other elo when it comes to understanding what underplayed champions do.
Op maw is one of the main reasons he is so strong too. That item makes any ad champion just straight up shit on magic damage dealers.

Apparently DFT with Jhin is pretty op'd right now, since they changed his ult to single target.

just for the record if you are complaining about Panths nerfs and the jungle, the reduction to creeps was changed to make the nerf only effect champions.

Rick Astley came to Chile for the Viña del Mar music festival! If you're a fan like me, check out my sig.

Pantheon is a god right now because they buffed early game impact and then gave him more/better arm pen items. He's just an outlier that works incredibly well with everything. He's also as braindead as ever lmao.
