between the mercs buff and warlords, 18 offense nasus will actually be viable. Just trading out the 15% tenacity and grasp for %armor pen and warlords, which is actually good because you hit tanks a lot and dont build armor pen.
I will definitely be taking it against ranged champs that i cant proc grasp on reliably, it felt stupid to have that keystone vs ranged champs.
I will have to see how strong it is relative to grasp for other MUs. aggressive champs early you will prob still need grasp for trades.

Connecting to the thread title: Do you guys like the Ammo systems? Would you like to see it on more ADCs, or even other characters?

I hope hextech annie isnt a new trend they are starting of massive gambling, people that love annie or are obsessed with skins in general are gonna spend on this big...its gonna net them a lot of money from the 1%'ers
and no, the ammo system feels really clunky, its fine on graves who is like a burly lumbering outlaw anyway and plays smoothly with it, but on jhin its fucking garbage, feels terrible.
|
I think it feels good on Graves because it's just ammo, the reason it feels so bad on Jihn is because of the 4th bullet. Stop attacking on Graves for a full second he starts a reload, meanwhile Jihn will try to hold on to his bullet count, I really don't like it. I dunno Jihn players seem to think it's fine but it makes the hero super unappealing to me.
also hextech Annie is a worrying trend indeed.
|
Also you need keys to open your chests, so you gotta play as a premade and win, to drop more keys, while having somebody scoring S on his champion so people get chests.

I find that I probably don't like it as a whole because I like autos being autos, but also probably because I liked to lazily play old Graves and just go ham all the time in lane.

Not sure that this is the right thread but I stumbled on this while reading 6.5 PBE and I was like wtf why this champ is hit with the nerf bat and its like the really big nerf bat, not just a minor nerf that is Never played at pro level, one of the slowest jungle clears, you may say he is a pub stomper but he is far from the biggest pub stompers, rarely picked overall...
Pantheon Heartseeker Strike (E) Active damage over 3 strikes lowered to 80/130/180/230/280 (+3 bonus AD) from 80/140/220/260/320 (+3.6 bonus AD) [Tooltip has changed. It now lists damage over three strikes vs listing an damage of each strike. Also now lists damage to champions and mentions it does reduced damage to minion/monster rather than damage it does to monster/minion then double to champiions.] [NOTE: Damage to minions/monsters roughly the same.]
Grand Skyfall (R) Mana cost reduced to 100 at all ranks from 125. No longer refunds (85) mana if R is cancelled. Cooldown when cancelled increased to 30 seconds from 10 secon

yea I thought that was really weird as well

"Unfun to play against"
Or something like that. Makes sense, create a braindead character, he becomes annoying, just nerf him until no one plays him.

I would understand slight nerfs just for the luls but kicking him out of the game is really weird

TLD is really nice on him, but yeah nothing much more devastating than he was before. Maybe because the jungle made him easier to play in there? I dunno.

Not to mention the proposed Renekton buffs on the same cycle fly in the face of this logic. I've been enjoying romanium's build a lot lately and the thought of building 12+ rage when you e towards your target is Delicious

They can nerf Pantheon's E but they should revert nerfs to his ult, so you can cast and immediately go with W after that. Ahhh, those were good times.
|
I see Panth all the time in soloq and he has one of the highest winrates. Slight nerfs seem fine to me.
|
Same. Panth is really strong right now. Probably the strongest weve seen him since he was played all the time in the jungle 2 seasons ago
|
Still shit. So many champs just absolutely shit on him and thats not even counting junglers. For top at least. Dunno if his clear is even close to fast enough to be competetive. Probably not.
|
dunno about so many champs that 'shit on him'
he generally does the worst against tanks that can safely farm up and scale up to be a more useful frontliner but panth has more time than ever to make plays elsewhere. he also doesn't fall off as hard/quickly as he used to before. itemization is way better now for him and teams are squishier. games are shorter.
there are very few lanes where he actually outright 'loses'. pantheon has tons of options even in bad lanes.
http://www.op.gg/statistics/champion/
hes topping the charts in pretty much every elo in korea similar in NA
yes hes not very good at the highest pro level but in soloq he is very strong right now. play rate has basically tripled since 6.1,6.2 but his winrate is still extremely high.
a strong laner + carry champ + low skill floor + extremely high winrate across all elos hardly means he is shit lol.
the only knock against him is that he's not good in competitive or organized play but this is clearly not a nerf due to that.
you're sleeping on him if you think he is shit. whether he needs a nerf or not is debatable (I personally think its ok to but I can see why one would think otherwise) but he is objectively not shit right now.
|
Pick naut/trundle vs him and enjoy the free win. Haven't actually played anything else vs him but don't see how could he hope to do fine vs malph/tahm/etc
Hell you could go lulu/kayle die 4 times in lane and then just group as 5 mid and make him irrelevant.
As naut when you get 6 he literally dies every time you have your ult up if he walks in the mid of the lane lol.
Honestly I think he loses to every single tank top laner in the game.
Pantheon is just a classic "I don't actually know what this champion does" type of champ that gets good winrate just cuz the average soloq player can't open up wikipedia.
|
Pantheon's clear speed is atrocious ("only" bad if using AS runes) and he takes a ton of damage doing so. I'm not sure he can do double buffs to level 3 -> gank realistically without the risk of a turnaround with ignite.
