Typically, spells modifying autos or applying on-hit effects don't apply spell effects (Siphoning Strike, Bladesurge, Parrrley and... you got it: Mystic Shot).

speaking of bugs if there is a low hp shaco clone and you run toward it on soraka you get the 70% movement speed boost
that is soraka passive works on shaco clones

It's obviously a bug.

Spell damage and magic damage are not the same thing. Mystic shot does not do spell damage and does not proc spell effects and never has.

Changing it from phys damage to magic damage does not change it from attack damage to spell damage.

So with the assumed 5.13 patch notes compiled on PBE, Runeglaive got buffed but it looks like they made it so Luden's Echo and Rylei's won't proc off of Ezreal's Q being converted into magic damage from the Runeglaive?

Hmm... Still sounds like AP Ezreal will be 100% pick/ban for the foreseeable future.

Adding spell effects is really strong. I expect him to remain competitively relevant, but not p/b status.

Luden's is fantastic, but mostly because ult burst. So he's not *that* hurt by it.

The saddest thing is AP Ez makes Sivir even higher priority.

I got absolutely ruined by an AP Gangplank the other day. He built Runeglaive/Ludens/Void/Deathcap/Shiv and was ripping half my HP with one Parley, nearly 1 shotting me (ADC) when the damn thing crit. He had a close to full heal on his W and his ult hit like an absolute truck. Our top laner was winning too, but clearly didn't put enough pressure on him. It was just like AP Ezreal, invisible for 20 minutes then an unimaginable problem for the rest of the game.

Not sorry to see the Runeglaive interaction go at all.

I hope the don't go through with the Righteous Glory nerfs. Poke comps are meta, and nerfing hard engage will probably make them even stronger.
