Well unless you're checking something that was picked literally only once then you can compare builds of few players/from few games and see if anything changes based on matchups.

Which is weird, because in the silver 3, silver 2 ELO everyone's banned Ezreal. If the scrubs at this level can figure out how dumb OP it is, people in the higher ELOs should figure it out too.

Zone him from CS. Get huge advantage. If he stays back and farms with Q then abuse his lack of mana. If he goes mana regen early then all in him for free. Have a jungler. Realise his E has startup and you can often hit him before he blinks. Realise his E has longer cooldown than your Q. Seriously there's a lot more to laning than longer range = wins :p

Don't forget, he's also completely useless until Runeglaive, then mostly useless until NLR item+ Sorcs

I'll also note that if Ezreal lands his skill shots and goes Skirnishers Sabre he kind of just kills diana in duels.
That being said, I think the hard shove is still pretty important from trailblazer.

According to my data, Skirmisher's is winning at 46% while Stalker's / Ranger's at 48% for AP Ezreal. Skirmisher's is the more popular choice though.
