No it wouldn't. It just adds the coaches voice into the mix. I would also find it incredibly unlikely that the coach would have any input during teamfights and other high-action situations. They would be on comms more specifically for strategical input.
... Just like in real team-sports.
Pretty much all teams play fights by intuition and just shout who to focus wouldnt call that shotcalling but rotations, when to give up/trade objectives and if you should play aggressive or safe is something that can be pretty hard to recognise while playing.
And no shouting from the side and talking to your players in the breaks is very different than being on a fucking call with everyone and being able to give clear directions.
The NFL has direct calls between the Quarterback / Offensive Coordinator / Head Coach, as well as between the "Captain of Defence" / Defensive Coordinator / Head coach.
Not really. NFL coaches can only instruct their players during breaks in play. Outside of pauses, that's the exact same interaction that LCS coaches have.

It's not that different at all.
I don't see the big difference you do between "Take top turret" and "Play this set" shouted from the sideline in basketball.
I don't see the big difference you do between "Top bot turret" and "Attack left side" shouted from the sideline in soccer.
I don't see the big difference you do between "Dragon!" and "Steal on this pitch" from the base coach in baseball.
I don't see the big difference you do between "Don't do Baron yet!" and "whatever the coach yells at his players from the bench" in hockey.
I don't see the big difference you do between "Take their mid inhib, then go Baron" and "Use X play" over the comms from a football coach.
You'll need to explain to me how they're different.
None of these sports also have incomplete information.

What does that have to do with anything? The coach wouldn't be sitting in another room watching the spectator vision, he would have the exact same information as his team.

I don't understand how you jump to the conclusion that cheating is somehow easier just because a coach would be in comms.
IP weekend is pretty nice, especially since I don't have as much time as I used to.
Bought a 10 win boost, probably not gonna use it all but getting ~800-1k IP a game is very nice. Pretty much means that I'll be able to buy another 1-2 6300 cost champs.
You're adding another avenue through which to cheat, by definition it will get easier to cheat.
Now you can argue if that's a legitimate fear and if it does or doesn't outweigh the upside of having the coach on comms, but that it gets easier to cheat isn't "jumping to conclusions".

Adding a sixth computer at the end of the row with a dude spectating with team vision seems pretty damn safe and easy...

What avenue to cheating has been added? What rules would be broken and how would they go about doing it?

It'd be a trivial task to add a spectator mode where you have one and only one team's vision.

Pretty much any time somebody says something in coding is easy, it isn't.

Some people actually have a degree in computer science, you know? Riot already have the framework developed, a bright first year student that paid attention in the introductionary courses would be able to code such a feature in less than a day. The only thing that would take time is for the designers to come up with how the implementation should look and have the QA department do their thing.
.3 AP sheen proc is kind of bad. Its barely an upgrade in damage over the original sheen proc when you get it. And it never scales particularly hard. And you have to give up a summoner spell for it.
Though i suppose the extra AoE and wave clear from a potential rangers might make up for that i am skeptical
I don't think in game coaches would be the biggest deal. pretty sure halo 3 had them and it never caused any issues, to be fair that was an fps and not a moba. I guess the issue is how much do you want the players to have to do without support.
