Don't worry, the Riot Balance team will get this right. They always figure it out.

Its fake, he fucked up a few things and the text has been edited. At any rate Riot wouldn't release a a new champion with lee sin's Q.

Uhh yes, yes it is. It's quite clearly an indicator of champion power. this is total bullshit. winrate is skewed by character popularity in a particular elo bracket as well as whether or not it is favored in ranked 5s or solo queue and many other things. it's honestly not indicative of anything more than what character wins the most for the lower 99% of the playerbase Absolute win rate is biased by tier. Relative win rate is not. Relative win rate can potentially be biased towards 50% by play rate (Champions with specific requirements on their power get picked less but win more) So if you're looking at a champion which has high relative win rates at all tiers while being played a lot you've got about as good evidence as is possible that the champion is powerful. And if you're looking for a strong champion to play/learn the first thing you should look at is "which champions have the highest win rate". And similarly you should be as exacting with the requirements on that too because you should pretty much always be. But that doesn't mean win rate is bullshit or that it doesn't mean anything. It's the fucking best evidence of whether or not a champion is powerful or not. And saying anything else is pretty well dumb. even within 'relative' winrate or whatever there are a whole bunch of other things that they have to look at when making judgement. if it is an obscure character with a high winrate, chances are that it's because only players who basically main that character are playing them and thus performing way above average and inflating the winrate.
it honestly doesn't mean much of anything until you look at the factors that contribute to a character's winrate.

Hello! Me and my brother each made it to diamond this week playing lots of off meta adcs.
To settle a discussion between me and my brother who is the best non adc that can be played as one out of these 3.

Kennen by far. Best best stats for ADC (including range) which matters a fair amount in lane. Laning as AD lulu or TF is just weak enough to not be fun imo. Later on TF is basically a worse Ashe, and everything you can do as a AD Lulu you could do better as a traditional AD carry with a lulu beside you.

Pantheon and a CC bot (like Leona, but I'd be interested to try Nautilus) can be a brutal lane as well.

Just played vs Kalista Soraka. Dunno how the fuck to fight this. Normally Soraka lane you would focus Soraka but this just gives Kalista a huge window to stack ridiculous amounts of damage. You start hitting Kalista and we all know what Soraka does at that point. At 6 you cant fight either since its either heal or Kalista ults Soraka.

Actually, Rakas E is incredibly good for zoning. If you place it right in front of an enemy champ, they can't get across it before it roots unless they have a dash, blink or are using some sort of movespeed skill. In matchups where the enemy lane + jungler needs to get right on top to kill you, Soraka does stupidly well.

Kalista rend doesn't really do way more damage than any other ADC over a given length, if you let any ADC hit you for 5 seconds with all their steroids and shit it does a lot of damage. If Kalista ults soraka then that stops the heals so it doesn't really help much.
Not that its a bad lane, its just like any other soraka lane. You harass whoever you can reach until soraka is a a bit low and then burst her.
