21-22 minute is pretty much as good as you can get it, I saw Faker doing it right after 20 minutes, but it's with consistent blue buff.
Idk, I never run out of mana ~_~
Just spam less W or don't lasthit too many with Qs.

when you have tear you really shouldn't be trying to spam to fill it up, once you have manamune you can just rely on autos to stack it

Nah, a 23 minute timing is about right for Manamune/Tear stacking as Ezreal (assuming you buy the tear early on and don't just spam your spells when you can to stack it fast), and like multiple people have said, if you can synch the transform timing with a Triforce purchase it'll give you a huge power spike. For me I just look to use the Q for stacking it (generally using the Q to last hit in lane once it's max rank,) with the occasional "pointless" cast of E. It also helps you learn mana management (for me I try to save enough mana for 1-2 full rotations of my spells + ult cost, depending upon how ahead/behind in lane I am, and how safe I am feeling in lane).
Personally I don't like Ezreal in this meta unless he's in mid for a double AD composition.

OK so to clarify:
1) I meant mid ez
2) I never use W, I don't even take point in it before lvl 8
I guess I can blame the late stacking on never receiving first blue. Also I didn't even know that manamune stacks with autos, and you guys say that 23 minutes is OK so guess I can't blame losing on not knowing how to stack tear :p

you should be taking w at lvl 4 it helps with trades/maintaing stacks/taking drag and towers

Ezreals all in at lvl 3-4 with W into E to buff himself is really strong. People expect you to sit back and shoot Qs like the pussy you are (and thats how you should play later on) so they won't ever see it coming. This is also at a point where you didn't buy shit items like tear and sheen that make your autos do negative damage so the multiple AS buffs are huge.

Honeslty more BS than AP Xin. Level 1 sucks, but you just start Q and spam it on a 2 second CD till level 2 then you E-E-Q, chunk them, and have full HP. Rinse and repeat. lol.
Then you end up with 300 CS at the 20 minute mark and 20 kills. Atleast in my experience.
