When people play Vladimir, do you guys play him top or mid? Is there a lane that he tends to do better in?
I've been dabbling with playing him mid, and he feels pretty good. Cassiopeia was a tough match up for me as Vladimir, but I don't know if that's because she does well against him or if I just lack experience as Vladimir.
i'd play vlad top more often than mid but he can shit on a kat or zed lane pretty easily

Yea Liss is def considered a LB counter at the pro level, but that does not necessarily mean anything for your own games.

When I used to play Liss (last season she was my most played), playing vs LB was manageable. You push like a madman, and you have decent roam potential from mid. If she Ws in onto you, you can W and then Q and E to at least trade. At 6, you have the CC to kill her with jungle support.
Kayle was by far the hardest matchup I played.

vs liss top there are plenty of good matchups, kass, mao, irelia,sion all do well vs her. mao irelia and sion should do a camp at level 1

i remember playing vs zed once who actually knew how to play this matchup he perma pushed me to the turret from lvl1 (while harassing) and i couldnt do shit, mid game he got blue buff while i didnt so he still could do whatever he wanted, late game he got IE and a pretty big item lead from roams so my pool/zhonyas didnt matter cuz he could kill me in few autos also Qss cleanses vlads ult , i feel like vlad counters him in team fight but laning isnt that easy/clear

I was able to hold sway over the lane early game, but after he picked up SV/Giant's/Merc I just couldn't keep up manawise to contend with the bulk/regen. Then again, I'm not the best player in the world so it might have been easier that I was performing at.
Sion in general doesn't really lose lane. He's too strong defensively, especially after picking up a couple items to really kill, even though you can force him out of lane at times.

And don't forget that sometimes even if you have absolutely sick initiate and trade, he kills you with his passive.
Adding on, Liss loses to anyone who has the ability to soak up her trades. It kind of feels like how Panth used to be, if you could survive lane until a certain point (he ran out of mana in the old case, back and buy a couple MR items here) you were fine.

LB vs Liss is an skill matchup lane
LB has better range with Q/AA and can punish Liss if she's wasting Q to push. LB's more mobile and can avoid Liss' E gank easily.
Though Liss has an easier time farming and can punish roaming so it's easier to play the lane as Liss unless you're actually good at LB

I've pretty much dropped Liss, her matchups against the popular tops just aren't good enough in my opinion, and Mao has always been a favorite of mine since S2 :^)

really I've always had an easy time against LB as liss in the mid lane. I find it easy to just save your W and the LB is generally afraid to go in on you, and LB has a hard time csing under tower without using up all of her mana pool.

I'd honestly say I've had 10 every time I log in for the last two weeks. 1 or 2 is fine, but honestly I could have a buddy of mine try to add me, and I wouldn't even be able to notice over all the randoms.
Or am I just like magically efamous for something I am unaware of? being mediocre? lol.

Any tips for manamune Ez? It takes me pretty long to stack it (till ~23 minute) but if I try to do it faster then I end up oom very quick, should I go back often to refill mana, should I buy manapots, should I run mana regen glyphs?

If you don't spam your w you should be fine mana wise. The stacking until ~23 mins sounds about right, and you can make it coincide with a completed Triforce for a really strong powerspike
