I think it's just the dancing animation or something of the sort. Looks like Kat throws a knife into the air but cancels the animation before the catching part.

The important thing is that it spawns a projectile, and the animation is similar to the Q animation. People get baited into using their defensive abilities against nothing, and the kat loses nothing either.

Probably will fix it by delaying the knife throw in the animation.

Fantastic. I actually wouldn't mind this kind of thing if more characters had access to them as intentional features, like Thresh Q windup coming from any direction. Kat feinting with her knives would mesh with her character design really nicely, and League could use some more mindgaming options beyond spamming Lux/Gnar laughs.

One of Leona's things looks like her E, which gets some people. I generally like them in the game, although I agree that delaying the knife toss is the most reasonable "solution".

Absolute win rate is biased by tier. Relative win rate is not. Relative win rate can potentially be biased towards 50% by play rate (Champions with specific requirements on their power get picked less but win more)

So if you're looking at a champion which has high relative win rates at all tiers while being played a lot you've got about as good evidence as is possible that the champion is powerful.

And if you're looking for a strong champion to play/learn the first thing you should look at is "which champions have the highest win rate". And similarly you should be as exacting with the requirements on that too because you should pretty much always be. But that doesn't mean win rate is bullshit or that it doesn't mean anything. It's the fucking best evidence of whether or not a champion is powerful or not. And saying anything else is pretty well dumb.
