Guest for Day 1: Tabe

+ Show Spoiler +

WE vs. Snake

Game 1: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94531

(Tabe MIA. The running gag is he fell in the toilet)

Hostess 1: Do you think Kryst4l doesn’t look as good as before?

Hostess 2: He likes to use flashy champions like Draven. I think he stopped pulling out the Draven to avoid being predictable and get target banned.

Hostess 1: He started to use Kalista now that everyone else is using her. Also one of his favourite picks, Tristana, isn’t as strong the post re-work.

Hostess 2: Teams used to always have to ban Tristana against Snake. Kryst4l and Flandre often carried Snake by themselves. If WE wants to win, they have to rely on Spirit. Styz is looking good but I would give the edge to Kryst4l. It also puts Spirit in a tough place. Kryst4l plays the lane very aggressively and demands the attention of the enemy jungler, but you can’t really leave Flandre alone at top either.

Hostess 1: Snake’s old strategy involved protect the ADC with 4 members. But Flandre was really powerful.

Pick & ban

Hostess 2: Chinese servers usually don’t keep up with the latest patch. This patch still has the OP Veigar. WE target bans Azir and Xerath for Baka. He usually sticks with these two champions. I think he can pick Lissandra.

Hostess 2: And a rare bot lane duo of Lucian+Morgana for WE. Viktor for Snake, a pick that has recently increased in win rate.

Post-game

Tabe: So I had dinner with Styz a few days ago. I asked him how are things right now. He said not much. But today I learned a secret. When every other team was taking it easy during the New Year holidays, everyone on team WE was doing secret training. I confronted Sytz with this information, he smiled and said that they just had a shorter vacation. I don’t know what other teams did; I only talked to Styz because we are close.

Hostess 2: I heard OMG also returned to Shanghai (Headquarters) early from their vacation.

Tabe: Ya I know Uzi did.

Game 2: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94533

Tabe: I am very happy that my good friend Styz won. If he wins again, I want to give him a red envelope with at least ¥131 and 40 cents.

Tabe: Anyway, I thought Spirit played very well in the previous game, whether it was catching Viktor out of position, or zoning Snake’s backline and escaping with only 100 hp. Although Jarvan doesn’t provide a lot of damage, he excels at escaping and zoning. I think Ninja played very well too. The Korean players are just so good with their synergy. Last game’s MVP belonged to Ninja based on his KDA, but my MVP is Spirit.

Tabe: Not sure if you guys know this, but the Taiwanese casters openly challenged WE (Chinese team) at IEM. They said if WE wins, they will shave their heads. I feel very angry when these casters are trying to mock the Chinese teams, because they are in turn mocking of me. I found it funny that they would attempt to mock the only Chinese team at IEM because aside from TPA, all of their teams are bad enough to have their heads shaved in a bet. I think once the WE players heard this news, they would have tremendous motivation to do well at IEM.

Pick & ban

Tabe: WE is really strategic when it comes to P&B. They banned two of Baka’s main champions and Viktor to mess with his performance. It doesn’t matter how good Baka is on Viktor, Ninja is like “I am 10-0 but I will still ban your Viktor!” Basically he is implying whatever Baka picks, he will counterpick.

Tabe: Lulu mid is not as strong early after her “E” ability rework. Now that Leblanc is not countered by Lulu any more in lane, WE can pick the Leblanc.

Hostess 1: Looks like Snake is going back to “protect the ADC” comp. with Lulu.

Tabe: Krys4l picked Kog’maw. I really, really like the Kog pick because of the two offensive and defensive shields from Lulu and Morgana. Kog would be very hard to kill if he gets ulted by Lulu on top of these shields. I don’t think Snake would lane swap Mundo to give Kog a safe lane, because Mundo counters Maokai pretty hard. But Janna+Graves have the early advantage against Morgana+Kog.

Post-game

Tabe: Congrats to Lulu for stacking a total of 60% CDR! All she is missing is a Nashor’s tooth to reach 85% CDR! I told you guys the Kog’maw pick is so good. The Kog for Snake’s comp. was “Paint the dragon, dot the eyes” (Chinese idiom for adding the finishing touch). With Kog, Snake transformed into a dragon. Snake should rename their team Dragon, and their secondary team Snake(dot)Dragon. (The joke is Chinese teams usually name their secondary teams with an extra dot, e.g. WE.A)

Tabe: But honestly, viewers please do not copy Kryst4l’s build because it’s not very good. The best build should be BotRK into Infinity Edge, and finish with Phantom Dancer. Static Shiv’s magic damage is only good early game, that’s why most Tristana players buy a BF sword but then build a Shiv for that early game spike. But PD has that extra 10% crit over Shiv, which is starting to become popular in place of Shiv in the early game after the PD crit rework.

Hostess 1: But PD is more expensive right?

Tabe: Ya but it also has ignore minion collision. It’s so good on Kog because when he blows up in his passive, he can chase people down and not get minion blocked!

Hostess 1: Maybe pro players have their own ways of thinking?

Tabe: (Jokingly) I don’t care, he was wrong! But Kryst4l performed well, especially his damage output. Snake protected Kryst4l very well. OMG should be copying this now they have Uzi.

OMG vs. VG

Game 1: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94535

Hostess 1: Tabe are you familiar with both teams?

Tabe: I am really close with all of OMG's team members. They all came to my birthday party.

Hostess 1: What about VG?

Tabe: I am really close Vasilli, and also Hetong and carry. Speaking of Gogoing, honestly he has a lot of female fans. Long time ago everyone thought he was a Vietnamese who illegally immigrated to China. I feel recently Gogoing has polished his appearance/fashion a lot better.

Hostess 1: Wasn’t there an accident when a female fan tried to forcefully kiss him?

Tabe: To all the female fans, next time just kiss him. He liked it, he desired it. Gogoing is single…

Hostess 2: No! There were picture leaks of his girlfriend in the past.

Tabe: Really? Well I don’t know. But the Gogoing I know is a hard working man that practice 20 hours a day.

Pick & ban

Tabe: VG first bans Ahri for Cool.

Hostess 2: Cool is hands down the best mid laner in China right now. Statistically speaking, he is way above any other mid laners. And here we see two bans (Ahri/Leblanc) for Cool. He still has the TF pick, but last time he got solo killed by PawN’s Nidalee. He was still useful after the laning phase though. OMG bans Nidalee, there we go.

Hostess 1: The Nidalee ban could be for DanDy or Hetong. I remember meeting Carry (VG’s top laner) last year in LPL and telling him that I admired his play.

Tabe: Ya he plays really well, but not as strong as Gogoing.

Hostess 1: I think DanDy is really handsome. I met him in the dressing room before the match, and I really wanted to tell him how handsome he is but I didn’t get the chance.

Tabe: If DanDy hadn’t won Worlds, would you still think he is handsome? What if he is just a pedestrian?

Hostess 1: I just think his appearance is handsome. When I was casting with Weixiao and Fzzf, I told Weixiao that he looks similar to DanDy. Fzzf said nope, Weixiao is more handsome.

Tabe: Ok is Cool handsome?

Hostess 1: Ya he is so hot.

Tabe: So basically everybody on OMG is handsome.

Hostess 2: I think Uzi looks cool when his face turns red.

Hostess 1: Vasili is really handsome too.

Tabe: Wow Kog’maw instant lock! I think Uzi was listening to our cast, picking a “protect the ADC comp”.

Hostess 1: I feel like all the players right now are all more handsome than your generation, Tabe.

Tabe: Of course, they have makeup.

Hostess 1: Cloud is so hot!

Tabe: You want his WeChat (Chinese messenger)? I have his WeChat.

Hostess 2: Zed pick for Cool. I think OMG is trying to add some damage to their comp. It was done in the past to create an extra threat when playing with Kog in the backline.

Tabe: But Rumble counters Kog very hard. He just have to land his ultimate on top of Kog during a team fight. And top lane Lulu cannot scale as well as mid lane Lulu. She might fall behind on AP items.

Tabe: On a side note, players with longer fingers have the advantage because they can cover multiple keys at the same time. That’s why Vasili is so good. When he went to America, the American female fans had much higher standards for “length”.

Hostess 1: I think San should go to America to “develop”.

Tabe: Ya and I should go to Africa to “develop”. Female fans in Africa have the highest standards in the world for “length”. I feel like my potential in China is wasted.

Post-game

Hostess 1: Congrats to VG for easily taking the game after dominating the entire game.

Tabe: I really wanted to criticize the Zed pick from Cool, but I didn’t because I believed in him. Despite his poor performance this game, I still think he is the best mid laner in China. Maybe a female fan told him before the game “♡♡Please show me your Zed♡♡”. Maybe an important person wanted him to play Zed and he obliged.

Hostess 1: Is that really possible?

Hostess 2: Of course it is! Didn’t you know that’s how he successfully chased his girlfriend?

Tabe: How could you not know? Cool did it on the champion Fizz back when nobody played the champion because it had short range. The story was she liked him because he was so good on Fizz, and they duo’d a lot.

Hostess 1: So basically you pro players get a lot of girls with your leet skills. How about you Tabe?

Tabe: I used to really like a girl, but she demanded that I played Heimerdinger in competitive games, and in a finals match too. I played Heimer in scrims but Uzi flamed me so hard. I practiced Heimer for thousands of games just so Uzi would approve me. I did it out of love. She also wanted me to create a new account with the name “I love XXX”.

Hostess 2: The next game is starting soon…

Game 2: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94538

(VOD skipped to P/B)

Pick & ban

Tabe: OMG first bans Azir to give Cool more space to operate. He can play Kassadin in mid without too much pressure.

Hostess 1: I think Hetong was the MVP on Azir last game.

Tabe: How do they pick MVP? And how many people are voting?

Hostess 1: They look at team contributions and KDA. Not many people vote though.

Hostess 2: Basically OMG’s future ban strategy is to ban every champion that successfully solo killed Cool in mid.

Tabe: VG picks so fast without thinking. I think DanDy is going Hecarim jungle. I feel like VG has too much magic damage. Ah Carry’s Riven! The AD damage VG needs. Riven counters Kassadin, and Carry’s Riven is famous. OMG could lane swap though. The Shy (WE’s streamer) also plays a strong Riven. I heard he is only 14.

Post-game

Tabe: Cool should really review his recent plays. His team fighting is ok, but early laning has some issues. I think VG had a good chance to win. Hetong played well early. They messed up hard in that Baron fight. Corki also outdamaged Graves.

Hostess 2: After Graves built quicksilver, Riven wasn't too effective.

Tabe: VG’s scaling wasn't very good. They were up 5-6k gold heading into the Baron fight, but they messed up hard. Three points to take away: 1. Give more resources to Uzi because he can carry 2. Cool should review his play 3. VG should think about how they can keep their lead.

Guest for Day 2: Pomelo

+ Show Spoiler +

WE vs. M3

Game 1: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94856

Hostess 1: Pomelo are you familiar with these players?

Pomelo: I am close with Aluka. I trained with him in the past. He is an old player started in Season 1.

Hostess 2: M3 kept changing its junglers. The new jungler Condi is rumoured to be strong. Watching him yesterday he seemed mediocre though.

Hostess 1: M3 ranks higher than WE at the moment. Back when M3 was WE.A, they were already rated higher than WE. Yesterday Spirit played so well against Snake.

Pomelo: Ya the Korean big (bottle of) “Sprite”. I thought Spirit’s name was Sprite at first, but I double checked to make sure it wasn’t.

Hostess 1: Pomelo, I remember you holding a bottle of Sprite in the past. Were you drinking Sprite?

Pomelo: Not really. I used to be a flamer. I called someone in Solo Q “something something Sprite”. Then I just held a bottle of Sprite in the face of everybody.

Hostess 1: Is calling someone a big bottle of Sprite an insult?

Pomelo: No but it sounds like another common insult word. (Note: I am not going to explain =p)

Hostess 1: Why is everyone on M3 looking down? Maybe they are texting their girlfriends before the match? Do you do that Pomelo?

Pomelo: Of course not. But if you look at Cool and the others when they text each other, they seemed to have the same weird look on their face… (Gay jokes)

Hostess 1: Cool and Lovelin? Are they up to something? Don’t you guys live together?

Pomelo: Ya but not in the same room. These two always lived together in the same room, and no one else can disturb them.

Hostess 1: I heard when two people live together in the same room for too long weird things happen.

Pomelo: I share the same bed with Luo right now. When I go to bed late, this guy takes up the entire bed and I have to tell him to move over.

Pick & ban

Pomelo: WE looked great recently but M3 improved faster once they developed their synergy. The saying is “when Spring comes, Dade returns”.

Hostess 2: M3 also depends on Looper to do well and not get targeted in lane. He picked Rumble once and Gnar four times in the past for a safer lane, because Rumble usually gets targeted.

Pomelo: I think old players like Aluka are better than new players when it comes to team fighting and timing focused champions like Gnar. They have more experience.

Hostess 1: Spirit is wearing a surgical mask. I heard the LPL casters joked the reason why Spirit wears a mask is because YuZhe told him not to speak, so he cannot shotcall WE to victory. Isn’t YuZhe an old player as well?

Pomelo: Ya he used to be a moderator in the community long time ago. Viktor seems so strong right now. He is good at laning and wave clearing. He has a zone control ability and a shield that can block both AD and AP damage. A lot of players use Ghost as a summoner skill because Viktor isn’t very mobile in team fights or able to arrive quickly in skirmishes. Viktor with his rotation + Ignite = insane burst, especially his ultimate AOE is really strong for Dragon fights.

Pomelo: M3 has the late game, but WE has the early game advantage with better synergy in skirmishes. Lee+Viktor combo is difficult to use for M3 because Viktor doesn’t have a reliable CC. WE should have the advantage bot lane with Janna+Graves against M3’s Kalista+Thresh.

Hostess 1: Ya, also Hecarim in LPL has a horrible win rate totally unlike LSPL, where the Hecarims are usually much more aggressive.

Post-game

Pomelo: M3’s bot lane carried hard. They burned Flash on WE, then called Lee Sin for easy kills. Otherwise Lee wouldn’t have tried to gank Janna bot lane so early. Maybe it’s time for Spirit to take off his mask and start speaking? Let’s see if Spirit can pick up the tempo for WE, which is usually how WE wins.

Hostess 1: Are you close to Styz? I remembered him when he was on LGD.

Pomelo: I used to focus on ganking him when I was playing. He was easy to catch because he played so aggressive. His old support Pyl is much better.

Pick & ban

(Talks about the hostesses’ love interests, and gay pro players in LPL???)

Post-game

Hostess 2: LPL feels like OGN at the moment. The sister teams are very similar in terms of skill level.

Pomelo: Sister teams like to only train with each other so they don’t leak strategies to outside teams. I remember in the past when we tried to schedule scrims with the Korean sister teams, they always avoid us because they only practiced with each other.

Hostess 2: I remember interviewing Mafa. He said LPL teams don’t arrive on time, that’s why they don’t want to scrim Chinese teams.

Pomelo: That’s true. For example, when we have scrims scheduled at 2PM, we would first play a game at 1:30 to warm-up and arrive at scrims at 2:10. But Koreans care a lot about time. If they said 2PM scrim they start preparing at 1:30.

Hostess 1: Don’t you guys have a sister team called OMD?

Pomelo: Ya but we don’t live with them. You guys know Lovelin care a lot about his fashion? We used to go out and he would pick out different ties, suits, and shoes and ask us how he looked.

Hostess 1: Doesn’t Gogoing also care a lot about looking good? I remember travelling with Gogoing and Caomei to Wuhan city for casting. We agreed to meet up at 9AM, but Gogoing took an extra hour, not sure if he was doing makeup or whatever. Isn’t Gogoing wearing a Fendi or Prada bag right now to the studios?

Pomelo: I don’t think the bag is legitimately made though, too expensive otherwise.

OMG vs. GT

Game 1: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94857

Hostess 2: Xiaohu is really strong in mid. Before GT started, they used Leo mid because Xiaohu was underaged. After replacing Xiaohu they started to regain their strides. Then they realized their jungler was weak, so they switched Danger with Hui. In his first two games, Hui got a pentakill on Rek’sai.

Pomelo: (Speaking of a support player that replaced a Korean mid) To be a good support you have to first be good at another role or understanding every roles’ abilities. Like Lovelin, or Zero who used to play another position. I used to play ADC when I first started. When I played with Fzzf and Clearlove on an amateur team, we beat E-home that used to be a pro team. After that, other people recommended us to play professionally.

Hostess 2: How does OMG look?

Pomelo: I rarely watch their scrims. Basically our management just pick whoever does well in scrims. We don’t have a lot of subs aside from support subs, which we have enough people to make a whole team of only sub supports. All of us became San’s support at one point. At first was Lovelin, then Gogoing briefly, then me. Uzi is really picky too when it comes to support. He doesn’t flame you but he is very passive-aggressive. He often asks “How could you make a mistake like that?”

Hostess 2: I heard it’s important for the bot lane to develop synergy both spiritually and physically, like sleeping together. Isn’t that the reason why Luo and Uzi doesn’t have the best synergy? They are both chubby and can’t fit on the same bed. Why you guys use Xiyang/San?

Pomelo: Because their duo Q is really strong, and they played very well in scrims. San played a bit of top in Solo Q but he isn’t transitioning there.

Hostess 2: The common rumour is OMG has an excuse if they lose with the secondary bot lane, but if they win, it would look really bad for the other team.

Pomelo: It’s not like that. San played well against EDG in the past too, so don’t flame him. We also pick our bot lanes depending on who we are playing.

Hostess 2: Xiaohu was really strong in the WTG 2014 tournament. He beat Snake, King and all the other dark horse teams. He lost against LGD in the finals, but his Leblanc was godly.

Pomelo: (Camera pans over Lovelin) What is he wearing a scarf right now? I don’t understand his fashion sense at all. And we don’t talk a lot when we eat, usually just checking our phones.

Hostess 1: Don’t most of OMG players have girlfriends?

Pomelo: Ya when they have break they just take their girlfriends to movies. As long as they return to training camp on time. Remember I posted a picture of security cameras in front of our base? They record the time we come in.

Hostess 1: Do they also track which girl you guys bring in?

Pomelo: No we can’t do that lol.

Pick & ban

Pomelo: If Cool gets solo killed again, he will get flamed to death. They banned Leblanc/Ahri for Cool, Xerath/Lissandra/Viktor still up for grabs. If Lovelin doesn’t perform well, I am going to release a shocking picture of him.

Hostess 1: Where is Cool from?

Pomelo: He is from Hunan province. Why is Lovelin wearing glasses? He is not near sighted. San and Vasili both love to wear Gunnars on stage. They care a lot of their bodies. San uses a lot of supplements. They are also knew each other from before.

Post-game

Pomelo: OMG’s bot lane did really well. I feel Xiaohu missed played, kept getting caught by Morgana and Jarvan Q’s.

Hostess 1: How is the atmosphere like in OMG?

Pomelo: It’s a lot better than people think. There are no conflicts between Uzi ad San. Of course, San felt pressured because Uzi is one of the best ADC in the world, but so is everyone on the team.

Game 2: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94858

(VOD skipped to P&B)

Pick & ban

Pomelo: I think Gamtee is going to ban Veigar, but Xiyang’s Veigar is garbage. Good Veigars aim to stun with E, but Xiyang can only trap people. I really like Graves against Corki, and Veigar is really good with ADC that has burst damage.

Hostess 2: There was a story when Uzi was streaming in the past. He raged quit and went to take a shower. People flamed him hard and he had to apologize with the OMG management to the public.

Pomelo: I really dislike Ezreal mid because he is extremely boring to watch.

Hostess 1: Wow so cool~~~Who taught him that move?

Pomelo: He came up with that move himself. When we went out for photo shoots, he always came up with his own moves that were different from ours.

Post-game

Pomelo: San and Lovelin both messed up. Well, it’s gona be hard for me to go home today after flaming my entire team. Look at Lovelin, he is depressed, I think I saw tears. We are going to have a meeting to review the game and talk to all of our players. Sorry Lovelin I am going to leak your picture. Cool is really shy, he won’t say a lot to people he doesn’t know very well. But once he is familiar with you, you would realize all kinds of things would come out of his mouths.

Pomelo: Next time I am going to record Gogoing’s singing in the shower and release it to the public. Every time he showers, his singing makes me go crazy. Welp, I hope I am still alive by the next time I am here.

EDG vs. Snake

Game 1: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94908

GodLike: I feel EDG is stronger coming into this game. I think Loli is starting for EDG…ah they replaced Clearlove. I think they switched Clearlove for Loli+Meiko to give the new guys have some competitive experience.

Hostess 1: how do you guys feel about Loli?

GodLike: I know him from Solo Q. He used to play ADC in ranked games, but then switched to jungler. Last year he played for EDG as their top laner, but he didn’t play very well back then. He plays almost every champion in solo Q. Three champions he will use most likely: Lee, Rek’sai, and Jarvan. I don’t think Snake will ban his Lee Sin because Clearlove is much stronger than him on that champion.

GodLike: In this version, Lee isn’t played very often. Mid/late game jungler are more prioritized right now for team fight power. Lee is more powerful in the early game.

Pick & ban

GodLike: Lulu ban against EDG, targeted ban for one of the EDG’s favourite pick.

Hostess 2: Baka likes to play long-range mages like Xerath and Azir.

GodLike: Yes but long-range mages are not used often nowadays. They can focus on picking Ahri for Baka. Lissandra is becoming more familiar to the teams, therefore not as contested. Kassadin and Veigar picks are in their pre-nerfed version, but next week a nerf to both of these champions since we will be on the latest patch for LPL. Kennen will also become strong next patch, especially after his two consecutive buffs plus a Gnar nerf.

GodLike: Riven confident pick from PawN! Riven counters Kassadin very hard; she has the potential to 1-shot Kassadin at level 6 if Kass doesn’t play carefully. Snake is looking to scale with Lucian in the bot lane for early power. EDG’s comp. focus on mid-game teamfight with Riven/Veigar/Kennen, almost invincible in team fights. If Snake can survive mid game, they can win easily late game.

Post-game

GodLike: There are more and more young players in Challenger. Loli is about 17-18 years old. Deft should be MVP with his best performance in team fights with good flanks. Snake rushed early game skirmishes too much thinking they can initiate with Jarvan and Leona, but there was no follow up. They should have waited for late game for the easy win.

Game 2: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94925

(VOD skipped to P&B)

Pick & ban

Hostess 2: Another target ban for Baka. I feel like Baka is being exploited a lot. They have to pick Lulu for Baka. It’s possible they are playing another protect the ADC comp. with 4 people.

GodLike: Looks like Clearlove is the coach for EDG today. They are going with Kryst4l on Kog’maw again.

Hostess 2: Nunu jungle was really popular in China before. But after Tristana rework for some reason Nunu fell off.

GodLike: Possible Hecarim pick for Flandre. Looks like they are doing the 4 support 1 ADC formation. I noticed EDG has a bit too much AP damage focus. They are also picking a hard engage comp. against Snake’s supportive comp. Snake used to be top/bot heavy, but now it’s just protect Kryst4l. I guess they are just focusing on whoever is performing better at the current time.

Hostess 1: PawN, I guess his name is based on his appearance. (Note: PawN sounds like P ng 胖, which means fat)

Post-game

GodLike: Two ADCs on each team both carry a game. Snake’s Draven and Kog’maw looks really good. Snake’s recent poor performance could be attributed to other teams studying them harder, but Snake didn’t pay too much attention to that fact and they weren’t as prepared initially.

GodLike: ADC/Scaling comps. are becoming popular because tier 2 towers are too hard to take, so teams that play to scale has the advantage.

OMG vs. SHRC

Game 1: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94928

GodLike: I don’t think SHRC will change their rosters too much. Last week they played LPL and right after they played Demacia cup. Because they only get a day at most for break, they couldn’t practice too many different strategies and would likely play with only comfort strategies.

Hostess 2: You guys played a lot of scrims right?

GodLike: Ya we should get better results with Namei. A lot of pressure on him because only top 8 gets to playoffs, and we only have two weeks left.

Hostess 1: Let’s look at the ADC for SHRC. Wow 4 graves pick in a row for Wei.

GodLike: In the recent patch Graves is really strong due to his AD damage burst. Kalista is strong in Solo Q but hard to win. Her attack damage is too low against tanks and have to rely on her rend. OMG is likely to target ban Cola and Corn.

GodLike: Uzi played a ton of Solo Q recently, switching mostly between Chinese and Korean servers.

Pick & ban

GodLike: OMG bans Azir because Cool can’t play that champion very well. Bans Kassadin because SHRC is usually good using that champion. Neither teams will ban ADCs because they are not the priority. Possible Insec picks jungle Zed. He always wanted to play Zed jungle, spammed him a lot in Solo Q but his coach won’t let him play. I don’t think he will continue to play Hecarim jungle though, it’s mostly saved for Cola.

Hostess 2: You should cast every SHRC match from now on! You can guess all of their comps. with your eyes closed.

GodLike: Possible Xerath pick for SHRC or Leblanc. I don’t think Corn will play Leblanc. Ah Orianna pick! Makes sense because Corn thinks Orianna became stronger now that every other mid laners got nerfed. He played him a lot in Solo Q. Not too comfortable to pick Viktor though.

Post-game

GodLike: Ah Orianna didn’t play too well. Rengar started with 3:1 but failed a couple of ganks. But Insec looks strong this today.

Hostess 1: Let’s see if SHRC will ban out Kalista.

GodLike: Ya Kalista’s laning is too powerful, fits Uzi’s aggressive style very well.

Game 2: Pre-game Banter

Source: http://star.longzhu.tv/lpl/v/94929

(VOD skipped to P&B)

Pick & ban

GodLike: Why SHRC ban their own Kalista? I don’t think SHRC will pick Kalista, they are sticking with Grave’s burst. Ahhh they picked Kalista.

Hostess 2: If SHRC picks Uzi’s previous champion, is he going to get angry?

GodLike: Nah he is going to pick Graves instead. With the first pick Nami, I think they are reversing the comp. Uzi could also pick Lucian. Lucian became stronger now that other ADC received a bit of nerf. Lol look at Uzi picking Graves, he looks so happy. Real chance Insec picks Zed jungle here though.

Hostess 2: He picks Nidalee. I think SHRC knows you are casting so they are messing with your predictions on purpose.

GodLike: Namei said in scrims, when Insec plays Nidalee she doesn’t have a “Q” ability because Insec cannot land a single spear. Gnar vs. Rumble. Gnar is even against Rumble in lane, but with a teammate Gnar is better at catch Rumble than the other way around. OMG is not going to lane swap though. They want to show SHRC’s bot lane how to play, but they might get too cocky and it would funny if they get rekt.

GodLike: (Talking about LPL player promo videos) When the LPL players went to Taiwan to film promo videos, they all have big smiles on their face. But the LPL production crew doesn’t allow the players to smile, so they have a serious face. But when OGN makes these videos, the players look cool; when LPL does it, the players look silly. It’s as if these players’ career are over once they come to LPL.

Hostess 2: I think each promo videos should describe the story of the player. For Clearlove, the storyline is “Your time is over.”

Post-game

GodLike: Turning point for OMG is when they destroyed SHRC in the Baron fight. Very quick games. Nothing wrong with their comp. but when they lane swapped, their top laner got caught too many times. Otherwise they would have done well with Rumble mid. I think the MVP here is Cloud.

Hostess 1: More female fans for Cloud!

"I think DanDy is really handsome. I met him in the dressing room before the match, and I really wanted to tell him how handsome he is but I didn’t get the chance."

LOLOLOLOLOL wtf?? So much thirst~

"Tabe: I used to really like a girl, but she demanded that I played Heimerdinger in competitive games, and in a finals match too. I played Heimer in scrims but Uzi flamed me so hard. I practiced Heimer for thousands of games just so Uzi would approve me. I did it out of love. She also wanted me to create a new account with the name “I love XXX”.

Thanks again. Some interesting anecdotes, funny quotes, and brutal quips.
