Has anyone tried building the Sorcery Elixir on an ADC in a siege comp? I had a Kog'Maw build it in a teambuilder game and it seemed reasonably effective. Kog makes better use of the AP and mana regen than other ADCs, and he also procs the true damage to champions fairly easily with E and R.

Maybe even MF since her E and R are AP based?

It's not like Kog'Maw struggles with dealing non-physical damage and 40 ap with his scalings is kinda meh. MF's abilities scale way better with a lot of ad and sorcs give you buff on impure shots which is key to her kit after rework. Ezreal uses Wrath as well, gives you enough damage to hide some weaknesses in blue build and scales okay with his abilities. I better see properly used comp with 5 same champions over and over again than random pocket picks falling apart one by one. If Riot increased amount of bans, it could help probably but proplayers argue all the time that they don't have time to practice new champions, so Riot should make less bans or even remove them completely.

I don't know about all of the regions but OGN(I'm sorry I dun wanna call it LCK) the general jungle picks are Lee, Jarvan, Reksai. If one or more of these are banned you get Elise or Panth. I do however recall a Rengar pick in a game or two. However, the standard picks tend to be Lee, Jarvan and then Reksai. Not exactly a deep jungle pool, of course professional level jungling hasn't been diverse for some time so it's not really new. Haven't seen last night(todays?) Im vs CJ games but already know it's junglers and top laners to a lesser degree. Hint: The junglers go with Jarvan,Lee, Reksai.

Math wise, if you're trading one skill/auto Sorcery elixir is probably going to outdamage Wrath elixir on a lot of ADCs. If you're trading more than one skill/auto, Wrath is probably going to outdamage Sorcery, since the true damage can only proc once every 5 seconds. If somebody got Sorcery on Corki/Kogmaw in a heavy poke comp for the mana regen, I probably wouldn't rage at them, but I'd find it questionable. Wrath elixir is pretty goddamn cool since it can potentially last the entire game.

The only role that seems to be fairly limited in competitive right now is jungle.

In your opinion, is the reason why jungle seems limited in terms of competitive champion pool because of the meta, design changes (read: nerfs) to previous competitive junglers, the loss of Spirit Stone as a jungle item, or the fact that the new jungle is very lethal/damaging in the first few levels? Personally, I feel it's 50% lethality of jungle in first few minutes, 30% loss of Spirit Stone, 15% design change (ie., nerfs) to previous competitive junglers, and 5% meta.

It's probably because the jungle is, and has been, too demanding she demanding a specific subset of champions.

Personally, I feel it's 50% lethality of jungle in first few minutes, 30% loss of Spirit Stone, 15% design change (ie., nerfs) to previous competitive junglers, and 5% meta. The problem with Riot creating a healthy jungle diversity is that, especially this season, to do so they need to go directly agains the grain of their balance paradigm. It's much easier in a game with as many different characters to nerf a few outliers than it is to buff everybody to a similar level and then rebuff again the next time a strong champion comes out. The issue with the jungle this season is that it went full amusment park and said "You must be this tall to get on the ride." When not enough champions are being picked, instead of giving some of the weaker champions a boost to get them to that bar, they go to the tried and true system of telling Reksai that she isn't allowed to wear heels while going through the line. It's like poking a hole in the sturdiest boat during a storm to make things fair. It isn't going to help the smaller boats from sinking.
