So maybe I'm just new, but I don't get why fiddle is so scary / toxic. When I jungle with Fiddlesticks and try to gank, people see me coming and run away to hide behind a tower.
When I go for a gank with Jarvan IV they also see me coming and run away, but then I press R

Fiddle doesn't have any gap closers, so why is he so worrying to riot?

It's all about vision with fiddlesticks afaik, those surprise ultimates from behind walls/bushes

A good Fiddlesticks can leverage ganks and presence even before 6, and post-6 he's terror if he decides to camp you.
A successful Fiddlesticks also makes it basically impossible to siege or commit to a fight without good vision coverage (and if he coordinates with his teammates he can make them hold in a place with multiple ult angles so that if only your support wards you can't be sure).

Even if you know he's there, unless you have the means to interrupt his channeling or blow him up before he uses Zhonya's, he'll warp positioning because you'll have to avoid that zone altogether when zoning, which makes you more vulnerable to poke.

Basically, imagine how you'd have to siege mid t2/3 knowing there's a fat Malphite or Shyvana with teleport ready to flank you.
Now imagine that all the time. That's a good Fiddle.

fiddle is definitely one of the best in s5 jungle, pretty much every high elo jungle main rated him as tier 1 just underplayed for some reason, right now hes becoming super popular and already hitting 55% banrate in korea and raisinig im not surprised about the nerf and would really like if riot just reworked him

I'd love to see Fiddle being a competetive pick in Korea in S5 but I doubt that's ever gonna happen.

he's a good champion because he has multiple point and click CCs that are very strong. Think of all the time you see a fiddle get absolutely dumpstered early game but then they still come back and help their team a lot because disabling a single person for that long is incredibly useful in any scenario, It is just boring to play as since you wont necessarily be able to faceroll kills like vi and jarvan in solo q.

Rammus is pretty much the exact same thing, always really good in solo q but underplayed as well.

Oh and Kennen is probably tier 2 again with that change, tier 1 if lissandra is banned. He's a slightly worse lissandra now.

I thought Hunt reset your R and let you go in cougar form right away, I had no idea it reset the cougar CDs as well.

5.3 Nidalee is still good but they definitely gutted her insane clearspeed. and her chase potential is not nearly as potent anymore.

J4 is the undisputed king of the jungle again followed by lee, Vi, Nid, Rek'sai, Fiddle.

that's why her 5.2 clearspeed was so ridiculous.
Spear>cougar combo>1 autoattack>back into human form spear >cougar combo again. With trailblazers sometimes even the buffcamps did at most 2 autoattacks and you already killed it :D

Singed vs. Teemo is still the most annoying MU in the game, like its just a matchup between your healthpool and how fast you can push then run back to tower.

I guess that explains how Nidalee was doing 1500 damage to me in like 2 seconds with 108 MR. Rengar syndrome all over again (take a billion damage against randoms, try to replicate it and can't get anywhere near zzz).
